Managed a complicated sale and a purchase. Put up with me asking many questions with good grace.

We have used Wilson's Solicitors for property sales several times over the past few years and have always been extremely impressed with their customer service. Our latest sale would not have completed on the agreed date if it hadn't been for James constantly chasing up the buyers solicitor and doing everything in his power to get the sale through on time. We highly recommend Wilsons and will be using them in the future.

After calling in to speak to someone to simply send a legal letter that was already written and I requested for Wilson’s to send it on to someone on my behalf via email, a job that required little if not any legal work at all, and 5 minutes work tops, they said this would cost between a £1000 to £1,500 to send!!. They are rude, discourteous and only after the money. Do not use them

If you ever need a solicitor avoid this one shocking service lack of communication rude staff all they care about is the money they going to get and not your mental health!!!! Been through a rough 7 months with them had a mini stroke cause of it all and sent prove if u say I was not a customer well i was Richard Rutherford from Rosyth who u put me through hell and as for that Catlin tell her to respect people who have a hearing problem and not giggle when on the phone hope i have never to deal with you again!!!!! Disgusting company, Totally disgusted that your even a solicitor

Initial contact with them was great and I fought I would ask them to do some more work for me. I asked them to process for me some remortgage documents. After 2 months of waiting to process my mortgage documents I gave up. When I took action for the first time and asked them where we are with the documents they apologised for the delay without giving answers to my question. Another 2 weeks passed. When I tried to chase up my case they stopped responding to emails.
