I was told by the receptionists that I hadn't pre-paid the correct charge due to a recent price increase. I told them the amout I had paid, which included the increase. They looked disbelieving & told me the main receptionist would be in touch with me. I accessed my bank app on my phone & proved to them I had paid the correct amount. The dentist was running 15 minutes late, which I wasn't concerned about. As I had a 30 minutes appointment I informed the patient after me, that the dentist was running late. When I was in the chair, the dentist was brutal with the drill. She was rushing to make up the time. My mouth was bleeding, but she succeeded in making up her time. My 30 minute appointment had turned into 18 minutes.

Went to see the hygienist and what a lovely guy.
Pretty sure his name was Umar, he was very gentle, listened to my concerns and gave advice (without it sounding like a lecture).
A very nice, caring person. Highly recommend him. Was very happy with my treatment

I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge heartfelt thank to Ms G. El-Zayat for the incredible care she provided during my treatment. I really appreciate Ms El-Zayat going the extra step to do additional work, even beyond what was included in the price. I feel truly lucky to have her as my hygienist. The professional advice given after treatment was very handy and helpful, and I’ll gladly continue coming, no matter what. Thank you again for everything!

As always I find the surgery welcoming and friendly, an essential when many patients may be apprehensive or even fearful about dental treatment.
My appointment was for a check up, the dental surgeon was quick and thorough. The examination was followed by a clean and an appointment for my next check in six month's time.

Teeth extraction went very smoothly, and there were no problems afterwards.

I normally find dentistry painful and uncomfortable. Lets face it, who dont. I mentioned this to to dentist at the start of the appointment and was treated extremely well.
I had no pain and my teeth felt really clean when I came out.

From start to finish a totally positive experience. Receptionist was polite and happy. Matthew and his assistant were fabulous. I am a nervous attendee of the dentist, but Matthew put me at ease straight away, cracking jokes when he could see l was anxious. Well done to the team.

Was seen on time. Had 3 fillings and it didn't hurt. 1st time I didn/t have to be numbed/ Lot of drilling but was ok.

I am very nervous at dentists and knew I would need a lot of work done as I had not been able to det an NHS dentist for a long while. The dentist put me at ease a talked me through what work I needed to have done explaining everything. I recommend Together Dental Norwich

First time visiting the practice in Canvey and Together Dental as a whole. Ani was very good and I look forward to booking in with her again very soon.

Always been great dentist for over 25 years.

Went in before time. Would prefer if dentist cleaned teeth within 6month check up but don’t anymore. Have to see hygienist now.

The procedure was fully explained and I was put at ease!
