ToiletSpares.co.uk Avis

Parts well described on the website - I needed dimensions and brands that the kit would fit, and a good image. So many websites don't have enough info to make the decision. As soon as I saw the part and read the details I knew it was the right one. Order 11am Thursday. Delivered 11am Friday. Fitted same day - delighted customer.

Easy WhatsApp communication with me sharing pictures of the part required. Responded in minutes and part ordered for next day delivery.
Toilet fixed in no time when part arrived

Easy to select what I needed. Prompt delivery within stated timescale.

I was searching for an obscure ball valve, and had tried other companies without success, Toiletspares identified and supplied the necessary valve, much to my customers satisfaction.

I had been struggling to identify a very specific part for a concealed toilet cistern and was getting nowhere with most suppliers. Then I came across Toilet Spares and reached out — Steve responded and was unbelievably helpful. He knew exactly what I needed based on my photos and even sent me direct links to the right product to order.

Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely keen to help. Would highly recommend Toilet Spares — and a huge thank you again to Steve!

Great after sales care, product was a good replacement for the broken part that was discontinued.

Very helpful & good communication.

Excellent customer service from Steve, send a photo and he will send you the replacement part, always arrives promptly and works. Regular and happy customer :)

Good product. Good price. Excellent delivery

Many thanks

Great customer service. I sent a picture of the part I needed 5 minutes later(at the most) a replacement part was advised. Bought it. Arrived 2 days later. Now fitted and works perfectly.

Great customer service, really good people (Steve) to deal with, supplied one part and then identified another part for a different cistern from a photo, great help given that the original part was obsolete.

It was quite easy to find the part I wanted - rather that needed desperately! The site said 3-4 working days, but I ordered it Monday afternoon and it arrive Wednesday morning

Spoke to them regarding obsolete parts they were very helpful all sorted!!

Having waited over a month for a toilet supplier to contact me re my request for a spare part I gave up.
I sent Toilet Spares the same picture for the part on a Monday, I received a price and an order from on the Tuesday and the part arrived on Saturday; it worked and I am one very happy customer.

Good selection and very helpful, we ordered the wrong flush plate but there was no problem replacing it with the correct one even though it was our fault.

Brilliant website, great customer support.

I was grateful that you were able to talk me through the problem I was having installing a new cartridge. The "instructions" were ridiculously showing it was just like changing a light bulb! Obviously they didn't consider their customer might not be an experienced/qualified plumber perhaps you should feed this back to them.

Good to deal with and very helpful

Being able to send a picture for advice of which part I needed made all the difference. I was then able to speak to a very pleasant knowledgeable and helpful lady who identified the problem immediately and the replacement item arrived by post the next day. Brilliant service that I will definitely use again.
