I honestly love this backpack. The quality of the materials is on another level compared to anything I’ve used before. It feels extremely well made, but at the same time it’s very comfortable and easy to handle.

What surprised me the most is how well it carries weight. I can pack quite a lot, and it still feels lighter on my back than other backpacks I’ve owned. I’ve been using it for different situations like trips, walks in nature, even just daily use, and it works great for all of them.

The colors are also beautiful and a bit different from the usual, which I really like.

If I had to mention one small downside, I would probably want a few more pockets for organization. That said, I’ve seen the Smart Alec 2.0 and it looks like a great option for people who want that.

Overall, I’m a big fan. This definitely made me a loyal customer.

The TOM BIHN strap keepers are top notch. I use them on all my Goruck rucksacks (7) because for some reason the company won’t put them on the ruck straps. The keepers are a great product and I Highly recommend them for strap management.

I'm obsessed by bags, forever searching for the perfect bag, and I discovered Tom Bihn recently quite by chance on the internet. So far I have been super impressed by this company; the Synik 30 backpack is beautifully designed and made - a real quality product. They replied to my email really quickly, and you get the feeling that they genuinely care about their customers. And if you think that a small company of just 55 people might struggle with operational processes, then think again! Their processes are super efficient - the orders go through really quickly, and are delivered all the way from Seattle USA to Europe in under a week; and with great customer communication throughout keeping me really well informed. How do they do it? I think it is because they all work together under the same roof, allowing them to be so well connected, helping to maximise internal communication and efficiencies, and to drive innovation and creativity.

Purchased a Synik 30 plus padded hip belt online on the 14 Nov 21 for a flight I have on the 18 Dec 21. With all the shipping delays due to COVID I was very worried I would not receive it in time for my trip.

However after a quick Google search I was given hope by the glowing reviews of fast delivery and great responsiveness to messages. I was not disappointed.

I sent an email and also left a message through the website portal asking for extra speedy shipping. I received a response from Kat on the 16 Nov 21 - less than 2 business days later. The email was concise and was very detailed about delivery expectations. So great!!! I know they are quite busy at Tom Bihn dealing with Christmas orders and backorders so I was really impressed with their friendly, professional and quick response.

I received my package on the 24 Nov 21, 10 days after my order!!!! 8 business days. This is from USA to Australia!!! During non-pandemic times this is extremely fast shipping. During these times it's unbelievable.

Items were packaged in a lovely looking and eco friendly cardboard box. I loved my whole experience with Tom Bihn co; caring, high quality, a personal touch and consciously crafted.

(I live in rural NSW Australia and there have been huge shipping delays of over a month for items that are being shipped within Australia. This is due to a back log of parcels with our national Post carrier as well as other restrictions such as truck driver testing and state boarder crossings.)

Customer support is fast and responsive, and you truly feel like you are talking to another person and not some script written by the company executives. The products available are high quality and made locally in the USA. For being such a small company, it is surprising that they offer a plethora of different products with multiple material options for each. I am happy to support such a passionate company that cares deeply about its employees, products, as well as its customers. It is simply a bonus that the bags they make are some of the most well designed and high quality that money can buy. I carry my Synik 30 every day and can't live without it.

Peerless customer service - ordered the V3 face mask from TB which sadly went missing due to Poste Italiane (TB produced *and* shipped the mask less than 24 hours after I placed the order). Huge thanks to Matt from TB's customer service team who put things right and had a replacement sent out at no extra cost.

The mask itself is extremely well-made and unlike anything else I've seen on the market since the beginning of the pandemic.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase & experience as a whole. Buy with confidence.
