Ordered a t-shirt in xl and got a xxl.
We are now 2 months further and still don’t have the good size even he tells me every day that he is sending the tracking code…..
would never buy of this person again!

Hello,
I am sorry for all the inconvenience caused when sending the wrong size. I offered an exchange for the size you initially ordered (XL) but you refused, and said you weren’t sending the item back until you received this new one. I’m afraid our business does not work like this.
I did everything I could to ensure you would receive the correct size, but your actions prevented us from doing so.
Furthermore, you opened a dispute on PayPal that was decided in our favour, then proceeded to insult me via direct message.
I hope you have a great rest of the week, and once again.. sorry we couldn’t do the exchange due to your decisions.
