I was unable to track my delivery even…
I was unable to track my delivery even though you said I could.I called your company and I was assured the courier would call me when he was on route,this did not happen.When he got to my property he peeped his van horn for attention didn’t even knock my front door.Tiles are great and the purchase was easy but the rest needs work.

Ordered a sample tile, 1 day after arriving I couldnt place an order! Apparently they have been taken over by another company!!

It is correct that the Tons of Tiles website has now closed. However, most of our existing stock lines have now been adopted by our friends at Walls and Floors; so hopefully, you should be able to find the tiles you are looking for on their website.

Good customer service
Tiles arrived quickly (which they should given the cost of delivery) and although some were broken this was swiftly resolved and replacements sent within 2 days and handled a bit more carefully by the courier this time!

I loved the tiles but NOT the delivery price!!
I loved the tiles, found them fantastic quality and really worth the money, however I was disappointed that the delivery price was £29.99 for 14 tiles when the cost of the tiles was only £39! This, I felt was unfair as there was no other option but a kerb side palette delivery - which a smaller delivery service could have done better for less than half the price. Not sure I would be back again with those costs.

As we already heavily subsidise the cost of the delivery, to begin with, whilst we can offer free delivery for orders over £150, for anything under this amount, we do have to charge a partial fee I'm sorry.

Amazing!!
Amazing!!! So happy with the tiles and how quick they arrived. Ordered on Monday and they arrived within 24 hours. Great price too other places! Will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great quality tiles.

Shipping cost was more than the tiles
Shipping cost was more than the tiles. The 2nd lot we had to purchase half were broken. They did replace them though.
THIRTY SIX POUND for delivery on 72 tiles is outrageous!
We had to stop the job short and wait for the replacement tiles which cost us extra money with our trades man.
2 deliveries of tiles cost us around SEVENTY POUND in total. We actually need more tiles and we think as good will gesture that delivery should be waved for our next order, but we shall see.
Should they consider this we would be happier to purchase from them again.
