Topazglow Direct - Jewellery & Accessories Avis

I recently became Mrs Nuisance asking lots of questions by email about a handbag - but wow what attention I got. I can’t fault my experience here, nothing was too much trouble and every question was answered. Bag bought, it was sent straight away and I received it very quickly. I’m more than made up with it. This is my third purchase and won’t be my last. Many thanks for such great customer service and products.

I first discovered Topazglow at the Christmas Market at Ascot Race Course in 2025 .....their stall was full of lovely jewellery pieces that really caught my eye. I bought myself a few pairs of ear rings and as the prices were so reasonable I picked up a few xmas gifts too for family & friends . Fast forward to Spring 2026 and I lost one the ear rings (my favourite pair!) I contacted Topazglow to try and replace it and the lengths they went to in order to help me were amazing. For that level of customer care I will definitely be making more purchases in the future.....

Fabulous jewellery, great and prompt service. Go to place for lovely presents

Bought 2 bags, gave one to a friend! Zips are terrible! We both ended up throwing bags away as zips on front of bags jammed solid! Ended up ripping the bags to retrieve our belongings!!!
So disappointed as really liked the look of the bags and were going to buy more colours!

Excellent company to deal with, ordering easy, delivery 2nd to none, was informed all through the process. Would not hesitate ordering items again

Really lovely scarf. Slightly slow delivery but messaged seller who apologised as they had been at a show and then updated regularly from then on. Scarf was lovely quality and worth the small wait. Would recommend.

These guys have lovely, very reasonably priced jewellery and scarves. Like seeing them every year at Cheltenham Race course. Had an issue with a couple items when I got home but contacted them and they rectified by sending me replacements. Great customer service 👏 See you next October! 😃

Shipping - the product and communication. Thank you

The products offered by Topazglow Direct are beautiful and very different to what’s available in the High Street. The jewellery is of great quality and the prices are very reasonable.
In addition, delivery is super fast and, should the need arise, any queries are dealt with in a friendly and efficient way.

Two great necklaces. Very good quality.
Bought one for a friend and the other one for myself. Cannot wait to wear mine.

The items received were as seen. Prices and quality good.

Website easy to navigate and found what I wanted. Delivery was quick and necklaces packaged securely, jewellery was true to website description.

Easy to order, easy to redeem gift voucher, and items quickly received.

Bought a bracelet at a gift fair, I was so pleased with it I ordered another on line. Unfortunately it was out of stock but I was given other options and it was sent out to me first class. Very good customer service.

I met Jane at the Malvern spring show she had some really lovely things, so I thought I would have a look at her website and bought some magnetic broches for Christmas presents

What a beautiful soft and classy scarf. Would highly recommend
