Deceptive website not based in the UK
The website gives an adds in the UK but the name on PayPal is Chinese and the person claims the goods come from America. I've waited a week for delivery and nothing has turned up. Avoid.

Very pleased with the price of the product and the speed of delivery. Would highly reccomend and will use again in the future.

Excellent Replacement Battery from TopBatteries.co.uk
I have had this battery from topbatteries.co.uk for a few months now. Wanted to make sure I had no problems before commenting. It has been charging normally and holding the charge. I use the drill as needed and so sometimes it has been sitting for weeks and/or months between charges. Working just fine. I plan on getting another one.

Topbatteries - should not be trading.
Purchased two replacement batteries for a DeWalt 18V cordless impact driver. The items arrived eventually. One was ok the other was a dud. Emailed the company and received a reply from someone claiming to be "Terry". He apologised and said if I send another £3 via Paypal he would send a replacement and I could dispose of the dud myself rather than return it to them. I sent photos to prove there was no visible damage so it must be a faulty unit. Heard nothing since but reading lots of bad reviews!
Manufacturers replacement parts are very expensive so this seemed a cheaper alternative but really it works out less cost effective.
I'm going to shop locally from now on so I can walk into a store with my complaints. We all like cheap goods but it will eventually come back and bite us on the arse!!!!
