Nightmare to deal with.....no response to emails and they don't answer the phone. Worse customer service ever....just do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!! I so wish I had read the reviews on here first. They've got my money but I haven't received my item which was not sent Royal Mail as the invoice said but with a courier but I've not received it and they have made no effort to chase it up.

Not good. Tried contacting via their website contact us page to get a response to a pre-order enquiry - waited days - no response. Sent a chase up email, waited again - no response. Consequently, I will not be placing my clothing order with this company. Very disapointing, but if they do not have the courtesy of responding to a simple pre-order enquiry, then my money goes elsewhere. No excuse for lack of courtesy.

Great price for quality product. Delivered on time

Absolutely shocking. Placed an order for nearly £300 over 5 weeks ago. Items have never been delivered, refund was agreed 11 days ago but hasn’t been received. Emails go unanswered, I’ve phoned during opening hours but no reply.

Although slow to dispatch after ordering some Dunlop wellingtons, they arrived and are very comfortable to wear.

Ordered a Stubbs Slow Feeder for my greedy horse. We have tried all manner of nets and really wanted to get a timed release feeder but the prices are ridiculous. Found this feeder at an excellent price and thought we'd try it. After a couple of hours of being booted in anger, my horse finally got it and I'm so pleased, he's eating from this rather than a haynet. Great service with good delivery time. Thank you

Was sent the wrong sized boots. This company failed to rectify after several emails and weeks of waiting. Be warned.

If I could rate 0 I would!! I ordered nearly £500 of goods which never arrived. 2 weeks after ordering I emailed but no reply. I tried ringing, again no reply. I had to go to my bank to get the money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Can't believe they even sent me an email to write a review 😆

Ordered the 15th September it was dispatched on the 2nd October! Was meant to be a birthday present. I emailed and called numerous times but had no response! I need to return it but you have to contact them to return, which is somewhat impossible!

They didn’t dispatch my item couldn’t get hold of them until I told them I was taking legal action gave it a week still no item asked for a refund that took over a week. Call line is useless address at two ends of the country AVOID IF POSSIBLE

Won’t ever be using these again

I ordered an expensive hay holder ages ago which never came, no response to follow up emails and no answer to calls. I would give 0 stars if I could. DHL say they were never given the parcel. Please sort this out.

Ordered on 13th of the month, first class tracked. Not dispatched until 24th. I rang to chase but the phone was never answered. Googled them and found a mobile number which eventually was answered.

Box very damaged and contained my order (luckily undamaged), a carton of fruit juice (?), and a small package addressed to a business 5 miles away. I did ring the local business and sort the problem. Perhaps if the delivery had been better packed….

Excellent Service and comunication

Awful, paid for product on the 5th sept .. no reponse to emails or calls. Order number IN8160

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering, I have received no goods, no responses to emails and no calls are ever answered.
I paid by CC but the order was less than £100 so I can’t section 75 with the CC company so it looks like I’ll have to go to court to claim the money back and my court expenses which is going to be a right pain but it is not right that companies will just take your money, not delivery and get away with it.
My advise is to shop elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY! Paid and not received order at all. They did reply to one email saying my order was despatched but nothing / no tracking info etc. Second email and voicemail message ignored. I will keep chasing you I want a full refund or will take this further.
UPDATED - I did get a response from what’s app messages and received my order but the process involved to get to this point is not worth the slightly cheaper product!!

Cheapest price offered for goods, payment taken but not sent out. Phone call messages left and email, no reply. Next step to contact credit card company for refund and order elsewhere. Big delay as grass limited this summer and wanted to slow hay consumption, spending money while I wait on expensive ulsakind cubes to allow longer between feeding. Should’ve gone with more expensive outlet would have worked out cheaper.
Company needs to up their game or at least say please allow x days for delivery but they promise Royal Mail 4-5 days so that’s what you expect.

Good prices. Opted for standard delivery, which is obviously partially outside the seller's control, and delivery time was not the quickest, but fine if it's not an emergency. Packaging of items was OK, although could have been a bit more extensive and secure. Would certainly use the firm again.
