Sorry your disposable vapes that you purchased from us didn't last long. Disposables vapes are only intended for light use and a quick fix.
If you would like a vape that lasts longer I would recommend coming away from disposables and using a Oxva Xlim or similar.

I received a bunch of fingerprints on…
I received a bunch of fingerprints on the RTA of the product, and I didn’t see the enclosed Clapton Coil. I don’t even know if the product I bought is a genuine product or a clone :(

Every product that we sell is thoroughly quality checked before leaving our warehouse, and in this instance, unfortunately some fingerprints must have been left on your tank after going through this process. Moreover, the standard and quality checks that we undertake before sending any orders out to our customers are rigorous, and we are confident that there would be no items missing from the order that we sent to you. Furthermore, all the products that we sell are genuine and we can therefore confirm that the product that you purchased is 100% genuine. This can be confirmed by the manufacturer certificate of authenticity serial number on the product that you purchased.
