Communication with this company was a joy! Prompt response on all emails. Ours was a complicated track for a bow window (not bay). We provided a template and Tracks Direct created an exact track for our requirements. Thank you SO much, we are delighted. They also went above and beyond as the cord wasn't quite long enough for us to cut to use wooden pulleys instead of a loop, so they sent a new length of cord and organised for one of their fitters to come and re-cord the track. Brilliant service :-)

My order was prepared and ready for collection promptly. Received a friendly helpful telephone call advising my order was ready, including precise localised directions for the pick up. And! I was able to collect very early on my way to work - wonderful!

Parcel delivered in obscure place beside shed and left in a position where it is bent, thus damaging the contents (curtain track). No effort made to contact me, although I was at home at the time.

The Silent Gliss Track for my bay…
The Silent Gliss Track for my bay window was a perfect fit. It arrived in one large piece - solidly packed within a wooden frame. The track is a quality build - very smooth glides and as it's in one piece it has no irritating angle joints that have snagged on my previous installations. Very pleased with the outcome - money well spent, thank you.

Additional runners
Needed some additional runners and collected them from the head office/workshop in High Wycombe where they cut and bend tracks to measure. Very straightforward once I had worked out that this was the arrangement and this is the place to go for anything to do with silent gliss
