My induction went really well. My induction was with Jake, he took his time to really explain things to me save me asking any questions. The other staff members I met were really friendly and welcoming.

Professional presentation and company nice friendly staff.

Trade platers are a good company they basically act like a agency and source you work with in their network if you ever get assigned to BVL AVOID !!!! they promise you the world in the beginning and then deliver you 💩 the chap doing the induction is good but doesn’t tell you the main issues you’ll be facing when actually doing the job. You have a planner that is more clueless then boris johnson he is a planner for 2 company’s so be prepared to travel 2-3 hours between jobs. The office staff are even more clueless one doesn’t even have a driving license and she got into a argument with me about a car I had to collect which had bald tyres even with pictures she still insisted it was legal when I asked a police officer about his opinion he told me if I would have got pulled over I would have got 6 points for tyres like that which just shows you the company doesn’t care about you all they care about is the collection and delivery of the car.

No fuel card they basically give you a allowance into your bank account for travel and fuel once you’ve used that allowed you have to ring the office and ask them for more money to be sent into your account which if your waiting for a bus train or at a petrol station isn’t good because your wasting time which you ain’t getting paid for and because of their incompetence it could cost you and drag out your long day to a even longer day.

Attended an induction which was carried out professionally and concisely. Relevant information was explained thoroughly. Left feeling confident of taking the next step and starting work.Thanks.

I had a induction today which started at 10am. I don't usually like early inductions or even like inductions at all, however Gary made it so easy to follow not mention he is funny (I THINK HE IS IN THE WRONG JOB HE SHOULD BE A COMEDIAN!) I felt like I was speaking to my friend and almost forgot it was a potential employer! Lol. The overall experience was fantastic please bare in mind that I have never met this dude before & I've only ever had one short conversation with him. So let's all give him a round of applause, all jokes aside I understood what was being delivered how to do it and was left with minimal questions. At the very end I was offered a position, also he had kind words too share about me & gave advice thoughts along with his opinion on how well I would. Hence this long winded review... he made me do it NOT REALLY Lol. Words mean a lot & I was chuffed to hear the kind words at the end. THANKS GARY
