First of all the product I purchased was exactly what I needed. A little spendy but after using the product definitely high quality and well worth it. The most impressive thing to me was, I called the number on the website and got amazing service. They guy that answered the phone was knowledgeable about the product, install, uses, shipping, fitment and more. I ordered on a Tuesday I believe and received the package on that same Friday via a liftgate delivery. Absolutely no negative remarks for this company! 12 out of 10 on all accounts. Very pleased and will buy here again.

Transfer flow is great. Ordering was easy. Delivery was easy. My tank arrived undamaged in perfect condition. The transfer flow videos helped me through an easy installation. I would buy from them again.
I was able to spend my money with an American company on an American product.

Make your life easier
Purchased a 50 gallon tank 4 years ago. It has worked flawlessly and made traveling with fifth wheel Rv so much easier. Recently purchased new filters and they were in stock and delivered quickly.

Happy if yours worked but mine has been nothing but a nightmare
I would say it was a great tank for the 2 days it worked. Has not worked since. I contacted the company and they sent a new harness because the original for the OBD2 port seemed to be the problem because the pins were all uneven lengths. When I received the new one same thing different pins. Still does not work I had this professionally installed before I moved and honestly sorry I did for the 5K I could have just purchased a bigger main tank. I am having somebody just install a switch now so I can turn it on and at least use it. I guess from happy people here I have to be the only one to ever have a problem. I would not do it again.

After reviewing your case, our records show that our team responded to your initial message on October 3rd and provided troubleshooting steps to help identify the issue. When you mentioned possible damage to your OBDII harness, we immediately sent a replacement harness under warranty on October 8th to minimize your downtime. We also requested photos and additional troubleshooting details to help confirm the root cause, but we haven’t yet received that information.
We’d still like the opportunity to help get your TRAX 4 system working properly. Ben from our team has followed up with you, and our tech support manager also left a voicemail. If you’re willing, we’d appreciate the chance to walk through the system together to make sure it’s operating as intended.
