This entire company is a scam. My flight to Canada got canceled due to Covid and they planned via another route. Applied for my bisa to Cairo without my permission and we declined to go via that route the CEO started abusing us. Later on he denied to give us refund for the entire amount of 1.5 lakh INR.

I bought through Cobone 2 tickets to Burj Khalifa. They asked in the conditions to send an email 48 hrs in advance to book. We did it. They asked to call as well, we did 24 hrs before to confirm (which we asked in the email and nobody replied). Answer a woman named Warda and says that we must call her in the morning, that she will try to book us for that day. We did, she send us a ticket (one only) and asks to take the other one in the desk of Burj Khalifa desktop. Sound weird but ok. Our ticket said 1pm. We go and when we reached the counter they only give us one ticket and say we cant get the other one without the agent confirmation (Travango), they dont know Warda, they dont have any idea about "another ticket". I get inside while waiting for my husband... he in the meantime is calling Warda/Travango asking for explanations and a new ticket. I waited 2 hours inside... no seat, no water, and pregnant. I was fainting!!!! In the meantime my husband received many other fake codes that in the counter told us they were used or expired, so still no tickets. Several other people came with MY code so obviously they didnt get any ticket either... i ended up with paramedics taking me out to check my blood pressure, furious, tired, with 3 hours lost in my short stay in Dubai. At the end they bought my husband a ticket at 3pm... after all this time lost. The rest of thw people didnt get anything! What kind of agency is this?! Why they do that?! Who is this people overselling tickets that they dont have?! Seriously do not use this agency if you are planning to have a peaceful stay... they made our lifes miserable for something SO simple as a ticket!
