Booked a cruise.

My wife and I wanted to book a holiday and the lady who dealt with us could not have been more helpful and friendly. She guided us through everything from our travel insurance, choosing seats and even booking in flight meals. We give her 10 out of 10 for her customer service.

We booked a cruise last year with the travel house, nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure the holiday wen smoothly. This included arranging transport to the dock to printing tickets. We had no hesitation in returning this year and booking another cruise. Fantastic customer service
