Great experience this morning, very professional and "wise" staff ..

Everything was great from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. Excellent communication and clarification, competitive prices. This is our third or fourth cruise we have booked, and happy every time.

We were made to feel welcome. We booked a cruise holiday which is being run by one of the staff at Llanelli. Being picked up close to home makes a big difference to us now we are older.

Always use travel House as they have always been very helpful over the years and nothing has been too much trouble.

Great staff,very friendly and helpful even managed to up sell to 3 weeks from 2 especially liked that they dealt with the parking for us

We always use the travel house in Carmarthen. They have got to know us pretty well, and we find them extremely helpful, professional as well as being down to earth and friendly. Sophie we deal with mostly, who is amazing and a credit to the company. Highly recommended.

The service i had from Joy was exceptional. I phoned on Friday afternoon informed her that we were looking to go to Rome for 5 nights in June. Gave her a brief drscription of what we wanted from a hotel. She did all the rest. On Saturday morning i called in the shop and she had found 3 ideally situated hotels in the centre of Rome with gym and swimming pool. Great flight times from Bristol too.
She made everything so easy a was really helpful and friendly. Outstanding service. Thank you so much.
