Great and knowledgeable staff
Katie was wonderful. She was very helpful in canceling my holiday. Understood the reason why and patiently dealt with the booking rep.
Then helped me building another holiday.
Craig remembered me on my 2nd visit to sort out my problems and this personal touch goes a long way.
