Booking made easy
Kelly made the whole experience of booking with travel house really easy, she changed some details with no bother and kept me updated with emails and phone calls regarding these changes, I would definitely recommend booking with them and will be booking our next trip to Japan and China when the time comes.

Reasons why you should consider using a travel agent
We were looking to book a week away somewhere and looked at so many options we decided we would try a travel agent for help. We went to Travel House in Pontypridd seeing Kelly the manager. And we were so glad we did giving her a budget and we possible places . With her experience she came up with a few suggestions from a list of places we’d like but with so many choices of hotel she quickly gave us a few and settled on one which met our requirements. What an asset to your company Kelly is she couldn’t do enough for us quickly arranging our break we just sat back however whilst she done literally everything she couldn’t pay for it🤣
