I found I could buy a replacement for my favourite old suitcase. It arrived very quickly and I look forward to using it
Although the case was light and a good size for a cabin bag as promised, it was difficult to pull along as it tended to rotate on the single handle. My mobility is unsteady, so this was a trial and I... Voir plus

Excellent service.
I bought a new cabin sized rucksack from Qubed. Unfortunately some of the stitching began to come undone after the first journey. I put in a complaint on my return home and 3 days later I received a replacement, an absolutely excellent service. Organisation's should be judged on their performance when things go wrong and Qubed were first class for me :)

Good quality and quick delivery
The delivery was very quick and the cabin holdall bag is very well made and perfect size to go under your seat on a British Airways flight, it can hold quite a lot, I ended up ordering another for my husband.

Poor Return Experience
Well made bag , attractive design but the many features and pockets etc detracted from bags capacity. It was also very heavy for its size. The returns policy of this company is not clear I had to search around for address etc, no labels no QR. It would have cost almost £10 to return-a third of its value , I ended up selling it for £20 it cost me £30. So I would not use this company again.
