I placed an order for an item
I placed an order for an item. Then 1 and a half hours later, I tried to cancel it, and was told I couldn’t because the order was already processed. That’s terrible customer service. I had to pay for an item I didn’t even need. If the order had already been shipped, or I tried to cancel a couple of days later, I would be more understanding. But to not cancel the order after an hour??? I will never purchase anything from you again.

Because orders are processed very quickly through our system, we’re sometimes unable to cancel them once fulfillment has begun, even within a short timeframe. However, our team did offer the option to return the item for a refund so you would not be stuck with a product you no longer needed.
We understand the situation was disappointing and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service and communication.
