I'm a huge novice in terms a creating my own electronics. TRC sold me a PSU that seems well made, easy to tune, snd worked right away. And silly me, I even connected the positive and negative in reverse by accident and the device protected everything and the blinking light quickly made me aware the mistake I made. Good tech, intuitive to use.

We only needed 1 type of part and they had many in stock compared to another supplier we often use.
TRC had a good price and they shipped very quickly.

Very good overall experience when purchasing batteries.
When I had spoken with a sales rep all of my questions were answered quickly and completely. Batteries were reasonably priced, delivered on time, and worked as expected.

This was true service.
I needed to order fire alarm batteries over the internet for the non-profit for which I work. I explained that the batteries had to arrive within 2 days for the Fire company to install them. The representative with whom I spoke was helpful, assured me that the batteries would arrive on time, and was able to cut the shipping cost just a little since the cost depends on the weight. She did all this although I was only ordering 10 batteries. I was very impressed that such a large company was so helpful for a relatively small, first-time client.

I had complained about TRC for not…
I had complained about TRC for not delivering my order. It seems it was a problem with UPS needing my signature. TRC sent me the part a few days later. People at customer service were great and resent the part to me now without needing to sign. They part works great I am a happy customer.
