Received the product is 6 days as promised . Works fine but not an exact fit but good enough. Rose was knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to answer my questions. I have enough information to possibly repair the original adaptor and will use your replacement in the mean time . Thanks

I tried to call to discuss the item we needed to purchase. I could not get anyone to answer the phone so I ordered the item online. The issue was I needed the part and I had no idea when I was going to get it. I did get a confirmation of shipping today for the item I ordered 9 days ago.
