I had an excellent experience buying in person at Trilogy's Hatton Garden store. The staff are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I purchased my first luxury watch with Trilogy, which is a big investment for me, and I was completely reassured and confident in my choice. The watch I was interested in needed a little clean/polish, which they offered to do free of charge in advance of me picking up the watch. If I'm in a position to purchase another luxury watch, I will definitely return to Trilogy as they can also help source what you're looking for if they don't currently have it in stock.
