I recently sold a watch to Trilogy Jewellers, and I must say that the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.

I wanted to sell my Rolex Daytona but how and who to?
eBay fees were scary and who will spend tens of thousands with a stranger who has no pedigree as a seller of premium watches?
So I hit the internet.
Scores of “companies” offering to buy / sell Rolex watches but when I did some searching on them, very very few were registered with Companies House and even fewer were active trading entities.
Trilogy Jewellers were such a unicorn company with a business address in Hatton Gardens.
I contacted them and sent photos and proof of ownership.
They came back with a competitive price very quickly which I accepted.
They arranged insured shipment via DHL, all I had to do was provide video evidence of the packaging.
Within 24 hours of DHL collecting, I had the full agreed price in my bank account.

It can be considered an act of faith to sell via the post to a company you’ve never heard of before, especially for such a high value item but believe me when I say you can trust Trilogy Jewellers 100%

Recently purchased a Rolex Daytona from Trilogy Jewellers and couldn’t speak highly enough of Frankie and his team.

I was referred to Frankie by a friend and contact who has worked in Hatton Garden for 30+ years. He advised me that Frankie is one of the best in the business when it comes to luxury watches, particularly Rolex. So I went into the meeting with high expectations but Frankie and his team exceeded them.

Frankie has an exceptional depth of knowledge when it comes to luxury watches (not only on the products and manufactures but also on market rates) but also has a unique ability to explain things simply and clearly and was always happy to answer what were probably stupid questions from a novice like myself.

Frankie was very responsive to my messages, even though he was on holiday. During the whole experience, it never felt like I was dealing with a salesman, it was more like being helped by a friend who wants to help get you what you want.

I would not hesitate to recommend Frankie and Trilogy Jewellers to family and friends. I’m sure I’ll be back one day in the near future to discuss my next purchase.

I asked Frankie if he could sort me a birthday present for my Dad. I asked on the Friday afternoon and even though he didn’t have one in stock he was able to source me a watch cheaper than the prices I had found and get it delivered the very next day! Couldn’t be happier and with the process, this is my 2nd purchase with Trilogy and will always be my first choice to go to from now on.

Holly was fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful. I found a watch on their website made an appointment and popped in to see the watch in person, they sourced and added links for me and had the watch available within 2 days. I was kept informed of their progress at all times.

From looking all over online for watch dealers trilogy really stood out to me over the all rest and from the first phone call with Holly to then speaking to Frankie I felt completely at ease that I paid a deposit without seeing the watch and made the nearly 8 hour round trip from Dorset the day before leaving the country which when I arrived everyone was more than helpful as I have never had a Rolex so Frankie showed me everything I need to know and even set up the day and time on the watch. I would not hesitate to purchase from trilogy again and I will be definitely will only be using trilogy in the future as the transaction was so easy thank you again holly and Frankie for the amazing service you provided.

Went there with my watch to sell, because of financing matters, and I was advised on all the available options. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and kind in their interactions with me and were happy to explain the process. They offer they gave is more than reasonable and pay-out is quick without any complications. Overall - happy that I went to Trilogy.

Super efficient no fuss and a fair price. Would recommend if looking to sell Rolexes etc.
