Commemorative medals
Sonning Parish Council commissioned trophiesandmedals.com to produce 300 medals to be distributed to the 300 children under 12 who live in Sonning Village in order to commemorate the Coronation of King Charles III. Each medal came in a presentation box engraved with the child's name. The order was executed perfectly, even some last minute changes were accommodated.

Great Coronation Medals!
I ordered some boxed medals to use as Coronation souvenirs for the children of our village. Paid extra for the engraving which will make them a great memento. Really pleased with the quality of the medal and the engraving and delighted with the box which doubles as a display case! Happy days! Well done and thank you.

It's almost a shame to have to pick out trustworthy as a feature of a company or person isn't it ... hopefully there aren't too many out there we can't trust.
Funnily enough it's often been clients we have to trust as sometimes goods are sent without payment in advance to schools, some organisations, charities etc. and sometimes just because orders are so last minute we get on and get it out more quickly than accounts departments can get a payment authorised and set up. Like more and more industries I imagine, our trophy suppliers either want payment up front in these testing times or offer small discounts for early payment which we feel we must take advantage of to look after the bottom line ... when clients then take time paying it can cause all sorts of problems and often the bigger the company the slower they pay.
Let's all look after each other, inside and outside the trophy industry, and pay for what we wat when we buy it ... like we do for our shopping at Tesco, Sainsbury's or Morrisons ... or lunch at Langhams Brasserie ...

Great, quick service!
Ordered on Monday and got the trophies engraved and delivered in two days, someone call the Guinness Book of Records and put these guys in. Prices also great, I could not recommend these guys enough, brilliant!!!

Just a note to the readers that you asked us to reproduce a retro arcade token which we recreated from scratch with design and dimensions taken from your physical sample. We then had to create a tool to be able to produce these for you.
We recently delivered 200 for you and hope there will be more needed in the future.
The whole process took a little over a month. Producing bespoke items can take up to 10 weeks and sometimes as little as 2-3 weeks so this was about average for anyone out there who may need something similar.

I have written to the company and await…
I have written to the company and await a reply after the weekend. I am absolutely devastated that, although the Shield itself us lovely, there are two omissions on the reverse. As it is a memorial Shield, I wanted the names of the contributors on the back. Two names had the last letter missing as it was on one line when two lines were needed. The two names are past chairmen, couldn't have been worse.
I have received a very prompt reply and they are rectifying the situation and will send me new plates.

I understand your frustration that having received such a beautiful shield with such a beautifully engraved horses head logo on the front you are unable to present it immediately because one of our engravers didn’t spot that two of the 19 names engraved on the back of the shield had their second ‘l’s missing.
I can see from the saved file that they were right on the edge and clearly too on the edge for the machine to engrave. The engraver ideally would have spotted this but he did not.
Probably too busy taking pictures of the main logo which came out so beautifully.
I am very sorry for his oversight.
The temporary problem is easily rectified and he will be redoing the two plates in full which will have a self adhesive backing and will fit over the two incorrect ones or you may remove those first, whichever you prefer.
I am glad you posted on Trustpilot and gave everyone the opportunity to see that despite the pandemic mistakes do still happen and are always rectified.
I wish we could post the picture of the shield on here but unless you know how then that’s a Trustpilot flaw we can try and get rectified.
I hope the distress doesn’t spoil your Bank Holiday and look forward to being able to supply the replacement plates as soon as they’ve arrived from the supplier and been engraved.

Dart Sailability crystal sailing award
Dart Sailability, a charity providing boating and sailing for people with any kind of disability, wanted a trophy to commemorate a volunteer who passed away in late 2020. We decided on the Optical Crystal Sailing award. The trophy is colour printed with our logo and the wording we wanted. It is high quality and comes in a nice presentation box, and is perfect for presenting at our next annual dinner. A great job by the Trophies and Medals team.
