The drivers were extremely helpful and very polite. The vehicle was late arriving due to a problem with the power steering during the journey and had to change vehicles.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Ordered a refurbished freezer and was promised delivery on the agreed day. Charlie confirmed it would be delivered, but after that he completely stopped answering calls, messages, and emails. No update, no apology, nothing.

Most communication was done through WhatsApp rather than direct phone calls, which I found very suspicious given how communication suddenly stopped once payment had been made.

I am still chasing a refund of over £1200 and have now had to escalate the matter through my payment provider because they refused to communicate or resolve the issue.

Avoid this company at all costs. In my experience, they are nothing but crooks and completely unprofessional. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend TRS at all. I bought 10 refurbished freezers, but most of them arrived in very poor condition. Only 9 freezers were delivered, and I had to call several times just to find out why one was missing.

Since many of the freezers were not in good condition, I requested a refund for the missing unit. After a few weeks, they stopped answering my calls, and I still have not received any refund.

Some of these so-called refurbished freezers should honestly be in a junkyard and should never have been sold.

Excellent service from start to finish. Delivered on time and the freezer was better than expected. Would definitely recommend Charlie and the team and look forward to doing more business in future.

This place is a scam! They took my money and then I waited months for a freezer they didn’t have! Then I got one and it wasn’t working! Charlie is a liar and a scammer he told me it was coming then it never came! do not buy from these people!! He is a scammer
