Trusted Insurances Avis 

I've been using Trusted Insurances for the last 10 years and they have always been amazing with accepting my claim. Granted it takes a while to hear back sometimes, but their team is great and the insurance policy is very comprehensive, whether I'm abroad or in the UK.

I purchased travel insurance for a trip back in July via Trusted Insurances.The trip was supposed to be a sort of celebration since my husband recovered from heart surgery, we were returning to the place we got married and taking our daughter to our favourite place in the world for the first time.
We came back and had to claim on the insurance policy due to issues with the ferry and additional accommodation. Long story short, AXA are currently dealing with the claim and I've gotten nowhere in 3 months. They keep asking for the same information and seem to attempt to confuse you with their emails in the hope you withdraw your claim. I'm never using Trusted Insurances or AXA again. What was supposed to be a holiday of happy memories is turning into a nightmare dealing with the aftermath.

Gave me a policy that was invalid from the start despite me giving them all the relevant imformation

Do NOT recommend this company at all.
Poor Customer Care & Expensive Policy, with strategic holes in coverage.
Would not cover being without my Luggage for 3 days despite loss of earnings.
Reason Cited: No coverage on return leg of journey, which is disgraceful.
Use another more transparent and reputable firm.

Very competitive because it offers hardware breakdowns, something that the competition fails to provide, for protecting a MacBook Pro in this instance. The same goes for my iPhone. Apple does not provide such cover for its laptops once the warranty expires. Ordering on the home page is easy to navigate, and the process takes very little time. Highly recommended if the alternative insurance providers aren't satisfactory

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY. Do NOT get cover from them. They will void your policy illegally by making some lame excuse. I had a genuine claim and provided all documents. I am a permanent resident. But they emailed me saying my policy is cancelled because they believe i am not a resident.

Still waiting for a claim to be processed since February. Sent yet another document requested more than 2 months ago. Still no response. Insurance premium paid to this company is a waste of money. They are stalling on the complaint I made about the time taken now. Avoid.

Update. Got compensation for lack of response. Claim finally paid in September. Thanks.

Company voids your policy and continues charging you, no notification of void just assumed everything was covered, been paying since last year, policy void for no reason. Never missed a payment, £190 in insurance paid, but no policy? Limited customer service. Pick a reputable insurer, where the only positive reviews aren't clearly bots. So dodgy! :(

You will not get any claim accepted from these guys. Not worth paying money to them and end up with insurance claim being rejected regardless

Terrible service wasted 2 hours of my time and then told me they were calling insurance and never called back dont wast your time with them

Terrible Insurance company they’re happy to take your monthly payment but they are creating unnecessary hassle to replace my stolen device. I have provided all the documents they need but they’re still taking long to proceed with my insurance claim I’m soo angry and frustrated. I totally regret insuring my device with them.

Very easy process. Fast processing times

No problems. The travel insurance I received was underwritten by AXA Travel Insurances. I had to make a couple of claims and received what I intended minus the excess I had indicated.

Easy to navigate and best rates of low excess charges

Been on the call queue for 1hour and 35mins and counting. No option for call back and they don't respond to emails. Just awful customer service. If i end the call now I will have to do this all over again tomorrow but also another hour and i suspect they will close their phone lines...

Had an annual policy which was due for renewal mid way through a trip. Contacted well in advance asking for advice on navigating this and was told that I will be able to renew my policy before it ended to remain continuously covered. I even upgraded my policy for this. Approaching the end of my policy and I have received no contact from the organisation. Asked them what was happening, they said they didnt know but it can't be renewed. Received an official email a week after it expired advising that the policy is not renewable.

So in short I paid additional money for them to not cover me for my trip for a reason that they cannot explain even though I clarified all this information before my trip and was assured that I would be able to renew for my cover to remain continuous.

Cheap because they don't know what they're doing.

Only waste time never solve only looting money and they will only play with you make you frustrated from 1 year no reply on time after one completion they came with with new idea do this do that hell company im going to complain them everywhere even i will send them legal . notice from year i cant use my laptop for work. And they are wasting only time .

Now they will reply with sorry not solution
