have used the TRX system in gyms previously and felt it was a great product. When trying to but one for personal use though I have experienced the worst company and customer service I have ever, ever had the displeasure to have to deal with. A complete shambles. Delays all round, delivered to the wrong address 12 days after ordering, no response from emails, live chat on teh website never works, no phone number to call and discuss.....just all so very bad. They only get one star because you can't give zero. Stay away or get your TRX system from a 3rd party if you must.
ZERO Customer Service
I’ve had a similar experience as others noted here. I placed my order. No update for weeks. No response to my email. Finally the company provides a tracking number of which they don’t actually provide the items to the shipper for over a week. I’m still waiting and still receiving no reply/update.
They have great products, but terribl service. This is the last time I buy from them. I’ve seen comparable items on Amazon that cost less and I know will be received.
TRX Training doesn't care about its customers
Despite the product receiving great reviews this company does not care about its customers, nor how it is perceived. Order placed, not shipped, no updates, no means to speak to a human and find out the reason for the delay. Consistent bad feedback, no improvement or evidence of intent. Whoever runs this company doesn't care what customers think.
This company is completely incompetent . Do not order from them.
If I could give this company a zero I would. It has to be about the worst customer service I have ever experienced. These people are liars and are completely incompetent. I ordered 3 items in November for a Christmas gift for my son. On Dec 1, the charge showed up on my visa . About 10 days after ordering I still had not received a shipping confirmation so I started following up with their company. They said they were experiencing sone shipping delays with UpS but my order would be shipped out soon. I finally received an email indicating that my product had been ‘shipped’. This was a lie - a label had been created but the product was not shipped. I contacted them again and they said they were waiting for UPS to pick it up. I then contacted UPS to see when they would be picking up the order and they advised that they don’t pick up and they were waiting for the product to be dropped at their facility. The automated customer service is brutal because if your question is not a ‘standard’ question from the menu, you have to wait 48 hours to hear back from them. I made several more attempts to get a straight answer from them on when my order would ship. By December 10, my order still hadn’t shipped and I was getting worried I would not receive it on time for Christmas. I also read a bunch of reviews that other people had waiting waiting for orders - never shipped - but the company took their money.
So I asked to cancel my order and get a refund . Good thing I kept copies of all my emails to them.
So today - Dec 23- my order arrived - after cancelling it!!!

I bought a TRX 24kg Kettlebell and just received it. The item was well packaged and looks good. The shipping took a little longer than expected but I wasn't in a rush. Their online customer service was great. When i first inquired about shipping. I received an auto reply that there would be a response within 2 days. I was contacted the next day. Also there were follow up messages later that week. I did let them know that there are some tough reviews on this website. They acknowledged there have been some problems in the past. They said that they have been working on transforming the customer experience over the last few months. Based on my experience and first transaction with them. I would purchase from TRX again!
Great service - I’m very pleased!
My TRX Move system arrived within 24 hours in perfect condition exactly as expected. It included a booklet of instructions in various languages - the English version was on the poster. The TRX looks very good quality and is very well packaged. I’d been interested in the weight (as I will travel with it) and it weighs 0.6kg in the mesh bag which is lighter than I’d hoped! It is approximately the size of a standard wash bag so looks easy to pack. Overall I am delighted!
I never received the product
I never received the product. If I didn’t contact TRX Customer Support, they would have kept my money without delivering the good. Poor customer service, lack of communication. Be careful.
Brain dead customer service. Really the worst.
One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Not heated, just inept. Loved my TRX system, but after making a simple mistake renewing my course membership, the idiot agent who responded to my inquiry completely soured me on the company and products.
Beware once the sale is made- Prepare to spend much more $ for instructional information
I find no fault with the suspension equipment. The problem is with after the sale is made. You must pay an additional $19.95 a month to access video instructions on the correct and safe way to use the equipment. They offer one 'free' video for each body part focus. Wish they had mentioned I would be shelling out an additional $240 a year for instructions when I made the purchase- I just called to have returned with 30 day guarantee- Gouging your customers with additional charges to learn the safe and correct way to use their product does not seem fair.

Placed an order at the beginning of January and up to now I haven't received anything. Tried contacting customer services but no response. I even messaged on their social media accounts which they're only reading my messages and not responding. Can someone please help TRX from scamming people! This is outrageous and disgusting 😤
The worst customer service I have experienced
Waited two weeks for them to finally ship my order (16 days delivery in total). During that time I received nothing from the UK customer services despite emailing them several times (there is no phone number to call). I was able to contact them through their Instagram account but they weren't able to help me, just blamed the delay on Brexit. Their bad reviews on here and on their Facebook page go right back to early last year so nothing to do with Brexit at all.
You’ve taken my money.
You’ve taken my money, not responded to any emails and not confirmed my order has been sent yet. I’ve sent two emails and messaged on your Facebook account as well as messenger. The Facebook account shows you regularly update your page....... still nothing oh and the contact number at the top of your page is a premium number and there is no contact on your website.

It was good while it lasted. Apparently my 60kg are too much for the “ Locking, 1,300-lbs.-tested carabiner”......! It got stuck and has never opened again so I can’t actually use it anymore. Apparently they now give you allen keys to fix it... but I am not allowed one because I bought my TRX a few years ago (it’s brand new!) SO I got told to go buy one, they don’t tell you how, there isn’t a video anywhere or instructions because that would admit there is a problem with their lovely TRX. but truth is guys, if the carabiner can handle 1300lbs, you shouldn’t need an allen key to fix it!

TRX is the worst kind of company there is. I will never buy from them again.
I made an impulse buy upon promotion. But later I realized they TRX can only be install on the weight bearing wall (which they should have clearly stated on their product page). Thus I can't find a suitable spot in my house. They offered 30 day return but never respond to the request of return. In fact, they do not automatically accept any returns unless they approve it and send you a RMA. But their customer service never answers anything. After I opened a case with Paypal, they finally sent me a return label. 10 days after the returned product (which was not opened once) was delivered, still no movement no the refund. I sent a message via Paypal and no response after another 1 week. And the Paypal dispute is running out of time. So I had to escalate the case with Paypal. Four days later, Paypal is still waiting for a response. If they never responded again, I have to wait another 2.5 weeks before the case can be closed in my favor. What can be worse than this.
Awesome products!
Awesome training! Took the april 20th online virtual certification training and it was awesome. Learned many cool new cues and methods of training(naps mr) lol love this company. Love my TRX home. Well worth the price as I will own my homesystem for the rest of my life, I have brought it with me to parks, playgrounds, outta state and worked out with it. I feel bad for the folks struggling with customer service. Hang in there and good luck.
TRX has completely given up on customer service
TRX has completely given up on customer service, it is really pathetic. It doesn't make any sense either as half the country is sitting home without a job, so even if they are busy, they should be able to hire people to answer a phone.
They now hide their phone number on the site. When you find it and call, the recording tells you to hang up. Online chat says its "no longer operable". If you send an email, you will never get a response.
Sadly a lot of companies are taking advantage of folks during COVID to "save on customer service cost" by delivering poor service while hiding behind the COVID excuse. This appears to describe TRX. At this point, they do not provide ANY customer service. They will answer NO questions. They will not answer the phone nor emails. You may NOT contact them. You will get your product when they feel like sending it.

My sons bought me a TRX for my birthday from TRX UK.
They have tried to contact TRX UK to arrange for the return of the product and they have not replied to any of their emails so far. 8 emails sent!
I have also emailed and they have not replied.
I understand Covid has affected us all, however they were able to accept the order.

After trying since April to get in touch with these people, I have to say that if you’re thinking of buying a TRX get it from anyone other than the Australian store! I ordered a wall hinge in March, received the receipt but never saw the product. I can’t contact them because when I try to log into the account I setup on the Australian website it keeps bringing me back to login screen.
Also emailing their customer service email just bounces back as undeliverable. To think I paid $60 for nothing. Should have gone to bunnings and bough something similar. Thanks for nothing TRX Australia!
No customer service response at all
I submitted a customer service request a month ago and no one has been in touch with me about initiating a return. It appears they are only accepting inquires via email. I suggest having an automated mechanism for initiating a return if customer service is unable to attend to those customers for this long. I understand that due to current events there will be a delay in customer service responses and I'm not sure how else to reach them.
