I have been using this service for years, activating when needed. Works like a dream, and enables seemless viewing of UK TV channels anywhere in the world. Customer Service from Michael is second to none, although generally only needed to correct something I have done wrong! Super easy to set up and never had an issue with connectivity. Cannot recommend more highly.

I paid for a month and got slightly confused setting it up, though it is not difficult, it was just my frustration with tech playing out. I emailed and got an immediate reply to help me. It worked brilliantly for 3 weeks in the Canaries. When I got home I realised a second payment had been made on subscription but I no longer needed it and had no idea I taken out a subscription. I emailed asking for the second payment to be refunded and to cancel the subscription. They immediately did this without any fuss. So refreshing to get such good service. I'll definitely use this service again.

Hi this really is a genuine review. I purchased TV on holiday for a recent break to Cyprus unfortunately due to the conflict in the Middle East our trip was cancelled at the moment. Michael from TV on holiday was brilliant. I had an email hoping I’d had a nice holiday. I replied saying it had been cancelled and without even asking was issued a full refund. He also changed the start and end date for me. I cannot thank him enough he was so helpful. We didn’t get to use the service but from the communication I had I will definitely use on the next holiday if you could put 10 stars, I would.

This is a great value feature when abroad, easy to set up and James is very prompt with emails if any issues ,
a very worth while service as I like to take my MacBook away with me when travelling.

Excellent Service. We have a home abroad and have been using TV on holiday for a number of years now. It was so easy to set up and really easy to reconnect to every time I want to subscribe for our holiday. The connection is always spot on and has never let me down. Customer service is brilliant too, quick responses, friendly and helpful. If you want to watch TV abroad, this app is the best.

As a dedicated soap watcher—EastEnders, Emmerdale, and Corrie are my staples—I was worried about missing episodes while spending Christmas and New Year in Canada. I dreaded the thought of coming back to the UK and having to spend days catching up.

As a 61 year useless with technology, this was a dream. If I can do it, it’s got to be easy! Easy to follow instructions, installed quickly. Used it for a 3 night stay in Bilbao. Like the fact that you can pay to use it just for a week but still keep the app on my phone to use when needed. What a courteous gentleman Michael is, follow up e mails thanking you for using the service and responds to feedback. Will be using it in future when needed. Highly recommend and chose it because the reviews were excellent and I know why now! Thank you Michael.

I have used this service many times to watch TV whilst abroad. It is easy to use and very reliable. If there are any issues, they are resolved immediately by Michael. I have recommended it to friends.

Absolutely amazing service. Definitely the best customer service you could ask for to get the app working abroad - was helped via email immediately and got the app working after about 10 mins (tbh the problem was I’d input some details incorrectly). Then it worked perfectly to enable me to use iPlayer and ITV etc.

This tvonholiday is really amazing I used a similar service whilst in Africa a while ago which really was rubbish so was quite sceptical but thought I’d give it a shot and so glad I did whilst away for a month in Australia and new Zealand and to my amazement it worked extremely well every time Michael my cs person was outstanding to say the least he took care of everything from set up to setting my dates etc he was always at hand when I had a question always polite helpful and understanding I will highly recommend this service to anyone and will definitely be using the app again whenever I need to when abroad

TVonholiday was really lovely to have in Tenerife where it is not possible to watch any UK TV Chanels.It worked smoothly and is super easy to install. You can rent for short periods or annually and switch on and off as it suits you. An excellent service which I would highly recommend.

I used this service while on holiday in Egypt last week, and it was absolutely brilliant. I was desperate to keep up with Celebrity Traitors while away, and it worked a treat. The connection was reliable and fast, and Michael responded to my set up request straight away. Highly recommend this service to anyone who travels but still wants to enjoy UK TV and streaming just like they do at home!
