I received a glass cocktail shaker as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately, the strainer piece in the lid was loose and unusable. Even though it wasn't purchased directly from Uberstar, I reached out to them for help. Ryan responded immediately and arranged for a replacement lid to be sent out right away. It arrived within 48 hours and fits perfectly. I’m so impressed with the prompt support and am now happily using my shaker. Highly recommended!

We ordered a wine aerator for our daughter but unfortunately it had a slight blemish in the plastic. On contacting Ryan at Uberstar a replacement was immediately sent to my daughters address which she promptly received. We can't fault the service from Uberstar.

Excellent product, excellent customer service

I purchased an Uberstar Wine Saver from Oliver Bonas as a Christmas gift. When opened it did not work, I emailed the customer service contact for Uberstar and a very helpful gentleman offered some potential ways to fix the item, when that didn't work they promptly sent a new one which works very well. Great and speedy customer service and decent product.

I recently made an order from Uberstar for some water glasses, but one of them had a slight defect (it wasn't obvious and so easy to miss). I emailed, expecting some resistance, as I've come to expect from many companies but Ryan got back to me the next working day and offered to replace the defective item immediately.

A good product and received within delivery timescales. However, the packing was not great. A small box in a large box with very little packaging to stop the inner box boucing around inside. Not great being the care taken by delivery services nowadays is so poor. Luckily for me it turned up in tact.

What a brilliant find, I had actually chosen to buy this product from M & S but it had sold out, so went to Uberstar direct. What an amazing service, they emailed me immediately to say the order had been received, and then 2 days later my order arrived. An all round brilliant company and the products looked wonderful too. Would really recommend.

Great quality products in sustainable and minimal packaging. Have had a number of products as gifts and the giant ice cube tray is my fav, ice cubes last aaages and the lid means no more spilling water everywhere in the freezer and stackable! Amazing!
