We offer a FREE local survey & fitting service and also sell to the whole of the UK from our secure online website. We are manufacturers, suppliers and installer of all types of window blinds and curtain. Most of our blinds come direct from our own factory. We are full active members of the British Blinds and shutters association and are bound by their code of practice. We strictly adhere to Child Safety Standards and a health and safety management system approved by Citation PLC.

i ordered two blackout blinds
i ordered two blackout blinds. one was made with the incorrect material. UCBlinds sent a new correct blind straight away, no quibble. cant ask more than that. excellent quality and customer service from Amanda @ UCBlinds.

Phew, well spotted by Amanda. I'm really pleased it was sorted swiftly.
Very modern looking blinds.
My brother recommended this company and in no doubt i was very surprised with the quality, they are absolutely stunning looking. I put them up and had no problems what so ever. I defiantly would recommend to family and friends. I wouldn't look elsewhere ever again, if I need to purchase again I would surely use this company again.

Happy with my purchase
There was a great range of choice at reasonable prices.
I emailed a query and received an immediate response.
The blind was carefully packed so it arrived intact.
I bought a UPVC blind for the window next to the shower and it works really well. I've noticed that water collects in the weighted rod at the bottom so I just tilt it carefully for it to drain away. It is a sturdy material and easy to wipe dry.

I have traced back your order to find out what happened. We texted you after your order was placed to advise you on your delivery date. You parcel was dispatched on the 19th, we didn't know it hadn't arrived until you contacted us. We advised you we would contact you after we had spoken to the factory. The parcel has gone missing in transit and we have arranged a replacement for you, which we have advised you.
I'm sorry you are disappointed in our service, but we do hope you are pleased with your blind.

I apologise, the review request are sent out automatically. We are currently contacting the courier to find out what's happened to your order. I have also asked one of the lovely ladies from the showroom to give you a call.
Update 08/02/21 - we have tried to delivery your blind on the 13/1 and 16/1. We have tried to call you so we can arrange a re-delivery, but we have had no reply back. We have emailed you also today. Can you please contact our showroom on 0800 0269394.
Once we have manage to get your blind delivered we would really appreciate it if you could consider editing your review as 1* reviews can be damaging, thank you so much.

Great quality blind
Great quality blind - reasonably priced. Arrived well packaged and intact. My only complaint would be regarding the lack of communication during the whole process and me having to second guess when dispatch & delivery may occur. No notifications whatsoever received - just the initial order acknowledgement. I would however use UC Blinds again.
