Clear about which filter I needed for the Fridge I had and arrived in a timely fashion.
Found what I wanted pretty easily, and it was delivered quickly. Some of the language about the likelyhood of the filter going out of production seemed a little alarmist, but otherwise excellent service.

I buy these filters instead of Samsung. They are no different (only the name) and they last longer. Service is excellent and so is delivery.
