Recently installed solar panels and battery. Seamless service from surveyor, scaffolding to installation. Excellent service throughout. No hesitation to recommend.

System up and running within 4 weeks from initial quote. Direct contact with Scaffolders who arrived as arranged, worked efficiently, very friendly and polite. Solar panels installed next day, again efficient, polite and friendly. Scaffolding removed. In all 4 days to install, no fuss no mess. Office staff take care of all paperwork. Our only responsibility was registering with energy company for SEG. Which was remarkably easy having been supplied with all documents from UK Alternative Energy.

Everything completed on time as per the agreed schedule. Prrofessional and knowledgeable

Firstly they did NOT send a salesperson to discuss the installation , first contact was a full assessment of my property and its needs . The quote included 3 choices of heat pump and I received no follow up calls or emails which allowed me to make my decision in my own time ( no pressure ) . An installation date was easily agreed upon which suited both parties . The installation itself took a little longer than I had expected but the installation team was excellent , they did a neat , clean and tidy job and fully respected both myself , my needs and my property at all times . Follow up post installation visit provided me with opportunity to ask any questions which left me with full confidence about my heat pump system operated . I am happy to recommend UK Alternative Energy .

Right from first contact, UK Alternative Energy provided good guidance and provided information to relay to our insurers, who accepted their quotation for renewal of our air source heat pump destroyed by Storm Babet in October 2024. We cannot fault their work ethics and installation was performed as per schedule with good results.

Every was totally professional polite and patient explaining everything to us regarding the installation and how to manage it. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it was a delight to see them all take pride in their work which was unbelievably neat and tidy. A true pleasure to do business with and a pleasure to have them in our new home

We recently had underfloor heating (retrofit) and a heat pump installed by UK Alternative Energy Ltd.

Although the journey had its challenges and we were unaware and unprepared for the extent of disruption, the end result was absolutely worth it.

The team demonstrated solid expertise, and the equipment provided appears to be of excellent quality. Pricing was transparent, and the system has been running efficiently since installation.

That said, there were some delays along the way, and communication could have been improved—we found ourselves having to follow up on updates a few times.

Now that the system is fully operational, it has performed really well so far - even in -4°C temperatures. Our home is consistently warm, the heat pump is energy-efficient, and the underfloor heating provides even warmth across all rooms.

Knowing what we know now, would we make the same decision? Absolutely, without hesitation.

I have been delighted with the way UK Alternative Energy have dealt with the fault that occurred to my old Inverter. Right from my initial reporting of the the suspected fault, to the prompt arrival of an Engineer to check it, and then to the installation of a new Inverter, I have received nothing but courteous and friendly service. It was all dealt with very quickly and with no trouble at all to me. Very happy.

It's now 12 weeks since UK Alt fitted our heat pump. Absolutely delighted with it, I wanted to wait for a cold snap before reviewing and it's done the job brilliantly.
The whole team were professional, timely and, in the case of our fitter, Steve, incredibly talented. Can't thank everyone enough.

From beginning the process of having an Air source heat pump was explained and we were kept informed at all stages. Special mention to Dan Cadd who project managed the project and Alex ,who fitted the system. They worked tirelessly to ensure everything worked well.
The work of this company is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

UK Alternative Energy supported me from end to end with my install of a Tesla Powerwall 3 and 16 x Solar panels for my roof. During the process the expertise of not just the sales team but also the install team really shone through. I was kept informed all along and literally everything was done for me, including paperwork to allow me to sell spare units back to the grid. I cannot recommend these guys enough, they were consummate professionals and I would recommend them to anyone.

Knowing that the total package of solar, air source, hot water, underfloor and radiator heating was in the hands of one supplier on our self build project, gave us a lot of confidence with using their services. Our confidence was well and truly placed by their installation and after sales service.

I contacted this Company through a recommendation by one of their associates and asked them to service my solar panels which they arranged to do promptly. They are professional and efficient so will use them again plus they are local which is always a plus.

From the outset the sales staff were very helpful and patient when we refined our requirements as we learned more about the available system elements, based on their guidance and knowledge.
