Really poor service
I ordered a Christmas’s tree from this place and they haven’t fulfilled the order. I have asked for a refund and they said they can’t because they’re checking if the supplier has my tree in stock!
I have not even had a confirmation email.
The customer service here is really poor so be careful. The lack of communication is also really poor.
If an order isn’t fulfilled and the customer wants their money back then just give the customer what they want. Stay away.

1st time i have used this company but didnt get my order right wasnt a big order two seta of lights one to be stars and one to be snowflakes however received 2 sets stars emailed and slight apology either return or keep basically wont use again

Ordered a Christmas tree last week which still hasn't arrived. I've chased them daily for tracking info and rather than be up front with me and tell me that it hasn't been dispatched, they've blaming an 'external warehouse' for being able to give me a status of my delivery. I have no idea where or if my order will be delivered and they've promised me delivery by the end of this week. Avoid.

I bought 7ft Deluxe Grays Peak Flocked Pine Artificial Christmas Tree ... The snow branch is very poorly finished, it's just plain, ordinary plastic, very poorly covered with snow... good marketing and photos on the website that have nothing to do with the actual appearance of the item... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, it's a shame I only relied on positive reviews before buying... not worth the money... Two star for quick delivery...

Terrible quality product and poor customer services
Ordered an advent calendar train, which arrived promptly; however, in bits. Parts of the tops of the carriages had fallen off and a wheel had come loose, too. I almost could have forgiven this if the item itself was as good as it looked in photos. Sadly, it’s awful - the little drawers on either side of the carriages don’t sit in the carriage properly, falling out with the slightest bit of movement. I can’t use it as the items inside the drawers would come tumbling out if anyone even knocked it a tiny bit. It’s badly made and not fit for purpose. Moreover, customer services have been slow to respond to my request for a refund (surprise surprise) even after I send a video and several photos. I wouldn’t order from this company again and nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Shocking company , bought some lights a couple of years ago, they lasted 16 days , the transformer was faulty and they couldn’t care less, as I said to their customer service,social media does wonders!!! Avoid

I’m so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our customer service regarding your order placed in December 2022. When looking back at some previous correspondence it appears that the fault had been reported outside of the 12-month warranty period.

Prompt delivery, nostalgic Xmas lights
I’ve been looking everywhere for Christmas tree lights that have the more retro colours to them (i.e. Not the ‘harsh’ LED light colours) and finally found some here and for a great price. They arrived quickly and were packaged really well, and work perfectly - they’re so nostalgic-looking! Looking forward to putting them on the tree for years to come.
