Excellent outdoor Xmas lights
Excellent fast trade good selection of Xmas lights that I was looking for picked multicoloured and they look fantastic along my double garage gutters,very bright, had to buy some self adhesive clips to stick them up.
Recommend seller to all and will use again.

Good prices, delivery a little slower than expected.
Good prices on website and easy to use process. The only reason I scored 4 stars is that I had to ask where my delivery was as it was longer than stated and I had no communication.

Icicle lights delight
Arrived on time. Quality was better than expected. I was a bit worried the white cables would be too obvious but when the lights are on at night the cables are not obvious at all. Arrived with gutter hooks too, which was an unexpected extra.

Cannot fault this company, when i recieved my order one of the items was faulty, within 2 days Geogia had sorted it and i got a replacement. Polite and courteous customer services . Would purchase from them again(and probably will after xmas haha)

Need a faster camelOrdered 23/11/24 advertised 2-4 day…
Ordered 23/11/24 advertised 2-4 day delivery! Received item 11 days later after complaining twice! Advised to check tracking, it said still with supplier! They blamed Black Friday but all my BF online orders arrived within 48 hrs bar this one! Therefore wouldn’t recommend or shop again with this supplier! I had ordered Three wise men rope light and could have got quicker if I’d gone to Bethlehem myself!

Great Christmas tree…
I’m really happy with my Christmas tree. Delivery was slower than I expected. But the customer service was excellent.
I tracked my order via the Shop app and it’s still sitting at ‘being processed’.
Problem possibly with the app. But I would use this company again. Great prices.

Awful customer service & delivery
Awful customer service after item not arriving on time. I had to purchase from another supplier, tried to cancel order, but arrived late.
I have asked to return the item as no longer needed, so far they have ignored multiple requests, but have processed a £3.99 refund for delivery charge.
They are not replying to my request regarding the return and full refund. Send multiple emails and completed online form.
Shocking service!
