John Kennedy was extremely efficient. He not only did extremely long hours and one being a Sunday to ensure fitting was to standard.
Few issues as with any home improvements but John went above and beyond to rectify all issues so that he could complete the job within deadline.
Knowledgable , patient, Highly recommend.

John and Lee have been very respectful in our house. They worked in a professional and polite manner and with very little mess . Great guys who got on with the jobs they had to do . I was a little worried as I knew it was going to be a dusty job but they cleaned and hoovered up .

Cavity and loft insulation
It was Lee and Shaun we had doing Loft, Cavity Wall insulation. They also fitted fans in the Kitchen and Bathroom. With trickle air vents in the windows.
They texted to say what time they would arrive.
They were extremely professional very courteous and mindful of the property.
When they were finished you would not know they had been.
They left without any mess.

Nice guys, knew what they were doing and got it done in a couple hours.

Great work from John & lee really…
Great work from John & lee really helpful &friendly team, they explained the work they was doing throughout house and really went the extra mile helping with loft insulation which was bit more difficult than normal and on hot sunny day too.. they was also great with our dog been bit of a pain barking they was very understanding and kind also cleaned up any mess left after themselves such a great team

5 months of chasing for nothing
October 2025 got told I was eligible for free loft insulation, November they called me and said they'll send someone over in December to assess the loft. January they still hadn't arrived and I tried calling back with no avail. February they said I'm still on the list and they'll send someone first week of March. I called afternoon asking where they were and they said they'd call me back (no one did). Called after the weekend and they said they'd send a surveyor now and to call in the morning to find out what time. Called in the morning and they said the team would call in the evening (they did not). After that, the surveyor apparently had been taken to hospital, they said someone will come next day (no one did) then 2 days later they said there wasn't any money in the budget now to do my loft. Communication appalling (I majority of the time had to call them, and wasted my time waiting around for people to not come.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after waiting and repeatedly being given different updates.
Since the announcement confirming the end of ECO4 and GBIS funding, the remaining budgets have been extremely limited and uncertain. We have been working hard to support as many eligible households as possible during this period, but unfortunately demand has significantly exceeded the funding available, and we haven’t been able to assist everyone who applied.
That said, the level of communication and missed appointments you’ve described is not the standard we aim to provide. We completely appreciate the time you spent waiting in for visits that didn’t happen and the difficulty in getting clear answers — this is something we take seriously and will be feeding back internally.
We’re sorry that on this occasion we were unable to proceed with your loft insulation and for the inconvenience caused throughout the process.

Professional, friendly and tidy installation
Mark and Brian recently carried out loft insulation, window vents and extractor fan installation at our home as part of an energy efficiency upgrade. They were both very professional, friendly and polite throughout the work.
They took the time to explain what they were doing, worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy once the job was completed. It was clear they take pride in their work and in doing a good job for the customer.
