Scam. Do not book with this company. They charged me £79 when the test, nationally, only costs £50.

First they tried to use the excuse that extra charges apply for things like cancelling. I did not cancel my booking. When that failed as justification, they used the excuse they need to check applicants' data matches their submitted information. But every person paying £50 also needs to go through this screening process, and no one is charged extra for it. This company is unethical and lacking in transparency.

No phone number, no one replying to my emails.
I tried to call the building they are in and reception refused to put me to them.
