Our mini bus arrived early, which was great and a relief - as we had a long drive to a funeral which couldn’t start without us. Excellent driver, courteous, and on our return, a different driver but equally so.

From the outset booking was very efficient..Several Emails to and fro and booking was sorted a couple of months in advance! ( I much prefer telephone communication..minor details can be sorted out in minutes... but alas,that's the way it is these days!?)
The day before the pick up, confirmation was sent and balance paid.
the pick up was spot on time and the return journey was just as efficient..
the driver was a very nice chap too and his communication excellent!
I will definately use again!!

The mini bus for the outward journey was rough inside, broken seat belt brackets , frayed seats and window openers held closed with sellotape which opened on the journey which made the minibus cold & windy.
The driver was constantly watching cricket on his phone!
Although the minibus on the journey back was far more expectable , no complaints and the driver very professional.

Sid was a lovely driver who kept in close contact to ensure a smooth pick up for our party of 16. Unfortunately the original driver cancelled on the day of the event due to a mechanical issue. It was a bit nerve wracking until Michelle found us Sid! All’s well that ends well!

Driver was first class, communication was good. Competitive Price

Very useful being able to go with one company who then booked our coaches with multiple companies. However, there were quite a few mistakes made along the way - wrong destinations, wrong pick up addresses, wrong final balance. All were corrected after raising it but certainly added some stress along the way.

The coach was in excellent condition—neat, tidy, and comfortable. The driver was friendly and greeted both the staff and the children as we boarded. The ride to our destination was smooth. However, we encountered an issue with a blown tire on the way home. The driver was very attentive, apologising repeatedly and working tirelessly to find a solution. He kept us informed about everything that was happening. Despite being four hours later than our scheduled time, he safely brought us back to school, and we were very grateful for that.

Great service . Driver is very kind and we have enjoyed lot with him because he has done lot of fun with us .That was our nostalgic memory now.

The drivers were on time to collect us from each venue and when I rang to change the pick up times they dealt with the problem. Unfortunately there was some con fusion with our taxi on the late night pick up as he didn’t seem to know who had administered the pick up and did not know who Sharon was.

Bus turned up for wedding transport but driver went to multiple wrong locations and sent incorrect pins as to where he was which was a complete mess. Then demanded £400 cash or wouldn’t move the bus. Zero pre warning that this was the case and no invoices issued. I would stear clear. No attempt at apology from company just asked me to provide a review

We had booked UK Mini Bus Hire for a work 40th Anniversary celebration for our staff to Goodwood Races last week. All communication with the Sharon at the office was good, my emails and queries were all answered promptly. Our driver, Zaffa, was amazing, he went above and out of his way to accommodate us. He spoke to me the day before, and then on arrival to us. Arrived on time and arrived to our destination in plenty of time, he was happy for us to stop off at the pub before getting to Goodwood as well. The Return journey was good as well, although we had a time booked, our party was ready before, so we called him and he arrived to pick us up within 10 minutes. Zaffa was amazing, thank you so much

Brilliant service, thank you! We contacted Edward at UKMinibushire because we needed an 8 seater to take the mother of the bride and bridesmaids to the wedding on Saturday. It is a day where nothing can go wrong! We were sent the driver's number a couple of days before, which was comforting. We had the best service from our driver, very professional and friendly and chatting all the way. I'm so sorry I didn't get his name, but thank you for a great, relaxed journey! Thank you Edward too for organising. We thoroughly recommend this service.
