Great for looking up numbers for people you've lost contact with! My reason for A4 star is because the credits run out if you don't use them. I lost several credits which was disappointing

Hi Mark,
Thank you very much for your review, i'm so pleased to hear you have been able to find people with ukphonebook.com. Unfortunately credits do expire 365 days after purchase, so just keep an eye on them to make sure you don't lose any.
Thanks,
Grace
Usually accurate
Generally this is a very useful company - seems to be more uptodate than the electoral search engine I use elsewhere. Only downside would be the cost of credits. Would still recommend and will continue to use.

Using my data without my consent
All of a sudden they are using my old address and you can find it on Google! Where did you get this information from? You do not have my consent to share my old address with the whole internet!!!! I will take legal action if this is not removed!
This company needs to be reported.

Thank you for your review.
We have an online record removal service on our website that can be accessed here https://www.ukphonebook.com/remove-me
Please take some time to read the ukphonebook.com privacy notice; https://www.ukphonebook.com/privacy . This documents important information about our business and the lawful basis under which we operate for processing licenced data.
Information is out of date
Paid ukphonebook.com only to be given an address that the person I want to find moved from four years ago. A complete waste of money.

I am astounded to have found my details on this website!
I have opted out of being on the electoral roll and would like to know where this rogue of a company got my details and who has given permission to publish my name and postcode online?
To remove you then request a full postcode. Stop harvesting peoples data and potentially selling it. You have no right and I will take legal action!
You can also endanger peoples lives by putting their details that they have protected! You have no right!!!!!!!!!! And to remove details you ask for a full address? Where did you get my partial postcode and full name!!!!!????

Using/selling people's data without their consent, you have to submit a form if you want your data removed. When completing that form you have to insert your full address. WHY? why you need my full address for?? I'm 99% sure they sell your data to someone else after that. Seems like they never heard of The UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018
