Wrong Items delivered, on purpose?
I spotted tool chests on the UK Tool Centre Website at an extremely low price perhaps too good to be true. Investigated the part numbers from the description and they seamed like the ones I'd seen on another site at £14.99. Instead of the items I ordered I was sent 3 M6 bolts in a plastic bag with the part number written on by hand.If I was a cynic I would say they realised that the item listing was incorrect so sent the set screws instead on purpose.
I tried to contact the seller but there was no answer. Luckily I'd paid by PayPal and raised a claim and I got a full refund though them.

Good Afternoon Peter,
Whilst I am incredibly sorry for the mix up with our product feed must point out that you ordered 3 of theses items for £1.19 each, and the description was a toolbox worth £589.00.
I am sure you can agree that this did not look correct from the start.
Secondly as our system is automated the warehouse would have just received the codes and picked what code was on the order, this was the bolts.
Finally we have not received any emails regarding this to our customer service team but when we noticed the raised claim refunded this immediately.
Again I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you but am sure you understand we could not have sent an order valuing £1767.00 for £9.56.

Tough and reliable
I have had a pair of these slip joint pliers for over thirty years with no visible signs of wear. My son, a mechanic complains the makes he buys keep wearing out. I have bought him a pair for his birthday

Fantastic service
I am delighted with the service- great price and fast delivery. Ordering process was simple and no hidden nasty surprises. I was particularly pleased that there wasn't a huge extra charge levied for delivery to a remote location, as so many other companies do. Overall fantastic and I would use again.
