The crochet hair is simply amazing!
It is super lightweight, very soft and flexible, with a beautiful and natural shine. It’s extremely easy to use and allows you to create many different styles, which makes the experience even better.
Without a doubt, it’s one of the best crochet hairs I’ve ever used. I’m completely in love with the quality!

Not honest about when it will ship took forever to ship I reached out to them based on the fact that we were approaching almost a month & I paid extra for fast shipping.

The crochet hair actually surprised me and I genuinely believe that it’s a game changer. Ive been wearing this hair for over a week now and there has been absolutely NO shedding. Using the crochet hair over bulk hair is a hack Im moving forward with as bulk hair is just for a one time use. I was thoroughly impressed with Ula, and I will definitely be shopping again!

I got the feather burmese curly crotchet human hair andThe hair is light and fluffy and sooo full. I love how the finish look came out❤️. I got alot of compliments wearing it as well, plus it can be washed and restyled however you see fit!!

The hair shipped extremely quick and first impression of opening the bundles I could tell the quality was amazing. I received Burmese Curly Bundles that were extremely juicy and full. They didn’t have a weird smell on arrival and also take dye well!

If I could gives this business "0" stars I would. I bought a wig I saw on an influencers youtube short from ULA Hair that took 3-4 weeks longer than advertsied. They initially sent me an email saying the one I ordered was not in stock and they had produce it. Finally receiving the product, it does not look anywhere near as good as the advertisement. I am out nearly $250 over the "bad hair" and regret I ever heard of this company. Then the refund was a joke....they play email tag imploring you keep the item at a discount.

Don't waste your time unless you have three weeks and counting for a product that hasn't even shipped yet! I think it's so deceitful to not warn of the time delay, I get that its in high demand but that doesn't mean people want to wait. I honestly think they ran out of product and instead of saying they're sold out, they just put you on back order. They only respond when they want, very bad business will not be purchasing with them again.

Took about a month but I got my hair. Wish they'll just be upfront about the shipping duration. Hair feels good but smells funny

I've been wearing crochet styles for years, but this one hit different. UIaHair's feather crochet is super light, doesn't tangle or shed, and still looks amazing after a whole workout. Top quality for sure.

Please please don't waste your money. They lie in there advertising pictures and videos. Bad quality products. It's a scam y'all. Don't throw your hard earned money away. They also ignore you when you email them about return of there bad quality product.

I ordered back on June 6th and I have not recieved my order as of today September 3rd. Be Aware!!!! Scammers! I wish I could give 0 stars. Update: Today Sept 4th Ula did refund my money. I will give 2 stars because they did send me a refund however, it took 3 months to send me a refund. I must say that they did respond to my emails so I will give them that.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. This company is a SCAM. They send terrible quality wigs and bundles, you have to pay your own money (without the option for reimbursement) to ship the awful hair back to China, and then customs takes months before they release the package. I was fraudulently told to put that my item was worth $5 on the customs form, so that Ula Hair wouldn’t have to pay the return taxes. I’m so glad that I didn’t because if the package was lost in transit, I wouldn’t have had enough insurance on the package to cover the loss…WHEN A COMPANY BEHAVES FRAUDULENTLY, CONTACT YOUR BANK AND ASK FOR A REVERSE TRANSACTION TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK! Since the return, I’ve received over 20 spam emails a day from someone phishing my email….coincidence? I hope they get shut down!

I ordered my hair on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, and received it on Monday, June 2, 2025; about 19 days, which is reasonable for international shipping from China. It even arrived in my country on May 30, so delays were mostly on my end.

I purchased the Water Wave, 22-inch, 2-pack bundle for $343.82 CAD, plus a $6.42 CAD safety insurance fee (and I used a coupon). When the hair arrived, it had a strong chemical smell that didn’t go away after washing a clear sign that this is chemically processed human hair (Possibly mixed with low-grade human hair, or even blended with fillers like animal or synthetic fibers), not virgin/raw human hair.

After wearing it as a crochet install, I noticed that after I took it out and combed it (to reuse at crotchet) against a white towel, it left a noticeable yellow stain,a sign of chemical coating or dye. It was not reusable as crotchet style on its own the back matted badly at the roots, even with regular detangling, so it wasn’t reusable for crochet. The takedown I expected to be nothing but easy given how thin the crotchet loop part was and I was correct it is difficult but not impossible you cant simply undo the cornrow as the hair bunches up or tangles. Putting it in however was already frizzy (in my experiebce) could not calm the frizz but that I didnt mind I expected that.

For the price, I expected true 100% virgin or raw human hair, not chemically treated human hair. That said, the hair looked amazing while installed, very full, soft, and defined. 1 pack is enough for a light look, 1.5 packs gives a full natural look, and 2 packs creates a very voluminous effect. Also you can't write a review on the actual website even with verification of buying so to me that's why most products on page have a 5.0 star rating.

To avoid waste, I reused the hair as curls for boho twists, which worked very well.
Overall: great look, poor quality for the price.

Has anyone else had an email from this company asking to promote hair for x ammount and then asked to pay $130 shipping fee? It’s a scam

Ay the beginning, their communication was bad. The contact center does not exist along with none of them answering my DM on tiktok about it.

Update: I did get my order and the hair quality is amazing! I was worried before but I’m very thankful now. The hair is soo good i had to make it a 4 star even though with bad communication, I would make it 3.5.

The hair is stink oh my god the smell is like rotten egg. Avoid wasting ur money beware they are scammer they will email you that the hair you order is out of stock and to choose another them send you PayPal bill. Refuse to use the coupon you used on your original orders.

Best hair I have had in terms of quality. Literally low maintenance. The only thing I don’t like is the smell of the hair. I have done everything I can to get the smell off but nothing works and it is a really strong smell. Especially when wet

The Burmese curly wig looked more like loose Spanish curls and the wig was supposed to be layered but it was all one length. It did not look like virgin hair. It looked like they took straight hair then processed it. The only good thing about the wig was it took color very well. Maybe the color loosen the curl pattern.
