So the new foundation commanders came out and all of a sudden the prices started getting alittle silly with resellers and stock issues also went alittle f**king nuts! Not only did they hold the prices... Voir plus

Never any issues dealing with these guys, Nice to have a place in Accrington like this, A credit to the town.
Great amount of product and always tries to prioritise it to locals that play! Lots of fun events and listens to the feedback given to players. Also really nice staff! :)
Ordered several times with amazing service. With my latest order, due to some supplier issues that affected pretty much every UK Cardfight!! Vanguard store, my preorder ran a little late through no fa... Voir plus

Not had any problems the times I've ordered, always been fast with processing and dispatch, good amount of stock and as a collector of those cards that shine this is always a good thing 😅 quality site, quality products, and quality service overall 👍

Prompt delivery but maybe better packaging in future.
Bought a card game set as a valentines present. Ordered on the Friday. Shipped and delivered on the Saturday. Parcel arrived safely. Very pleased with the speed of the process. (I understand beyond dispatch it is down to postal service used also)
My only feedback would be packaging. My parcel arrived safely but I feel it could have been secured a little better to avoid any unnecessary damage/dinks in product packaging. Contents were safe but if the same packaging was used for a collectable item, any form of damage devalues the item.
Packaging aside. Very pleased and will definitely shop again.
Thank you.

Avis spontané
Buying from Ultimatetcg.
I have been buying collectable/tabletop game items from UTCG for a while now, and just love the service.
Prices are pretty balanced, there are always a few discounted items and delivery times are spot on.
thanks

Fantastic customer service as always
Fantastic customer service as always. I had my batch of Tin of Ancient Battles preordered for a while and one of the kind workers at the store realised my home was just on the way for them. They kindly just dropped it off for me on release day rather than wait 2 days delivery.
To top it all off, I pulled Crossout Designator in my first tin!
