I found on Google and found the website easy to use. It was well laid out and the quote seems reasonable

AVOID AT ALL COST - DO NOT USE. Literally everything is a changeable extra, even to show your round the vehicle and demo upon collection. They charge extra for electric hook up, cutlery, pots & pans, to park you vehicle, collection before 3pm and even charge to give you the best vehicle available.

My biggest issue however was that collection was after 3pm unless I wanted to pay a £39 fee so choose to collect after 3pm only to be told it has to be collected before 4.30pm, so they only give you a 90min window to collect.

Customer service say this is quoted within the terms and conditions but it is not and upon my challenge Oli in Customer Services hung up on me.

NEVER HIRE FROM THIS COMPANY>>>!!!

Use this company or its associated company, Motorholme at your peril. The complicated booking system means you'll get numerous emails offering items that all other Moho hire companies offer as standard for extra cost. They don't answer their phones, "Livechat" works very infrequently. If someone hired a Moho for the first time from these cowboys, they'd be very sorry they did. Do not use them.

I question some of the 4* & 5* reviews as being spurious. I don't want to bore readers with the full details of our encounter with this company, but if you find the review by Barbara on 8/10/18, our experience is similar to hers.

Go no where near this lot, they are an absolute disgrace! All started great, website was easy to use and the quote was competitive so made a booking. They then started loading up extras at a rate that would embarrass Ryan Air, they even tried to charge you to get told how to use the van! The van we got was a 5 year old heap of junk that was on its last legs and falling apart. The attitude of the staff who we got it from was abysmal, their Manchester (actually Middlewich!) branch manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Amongst countless problems, the fridge smelt like it had housed a dead body for a month, the fridge wouldn't work off electric and the beds were missing slats and so uncomfy it was horrible. We had a miserable trip given the countless issues we encountered and then the fun really started when we tried to get our deposit back. We eventually got some of their spurious 'issues' for which they wanted to charge us dropped (only because we'd videoed the van before we left and could prove damage was already there) and now, more than 9 weeks later, we have finally got part of our deposit back but still not the full amount or the sum they agreed to pay us. Funnily enough, NO ONE will speak, no one will answer the phone, no one will return calls, it's as if they don't want to pay us.... Shocking business, STEER WELL CLEAR, BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!

Please don't use this company, various names ( pet friendly holidays etc ) You more than likely won't get your security deposit back and what starts as a cheap break rapidly turns expensive . Shoddy vehicles.

The overall price for a week hire was actually really good but the deposit was too high for us. The RVs were great for a couple like us and I found the live chat really helpful.

I found it on google and did an online chat ...... the assistant was helpful and knowledgeable, price was ok but we weren’t able to take the quote because the bed layout wasn’t suitable for our 2 children. When they are older we will def be interested.

Over the years, I have used a couple of different Motorhome hire companies, with mixed experiences. I saw one of Unbeatables vehicles on the motorway a few weeks ago, and got a quote as soon as I got home.

I found the website exceptionally easy to use, and the quote I got back, was by far the best I have ever had for a 4 day trip in a motorhome.

Sadly, personal circumstance have changed since asking for the quote, which means I can not make full advantage of the price - however, I fully intend to ask for a new quote as soon as life returns to normal

I found this company online and I looked at their reviews before I brought anything from them and it was all good reviews and I went ahead and I got something from the company I would trust them 100%

I found the website easy to navigate. I could find all the information I was looking for and with very little hassle received what seems like a very reasonable quote. I am yet to book as still considering options,
but it all looks promising so far

I received my quote in good time and was really happy with the service. They also had availability for the type of van we required so we could have a rough idea of cost.
I would definitely recommend UnbeatableHire in the future.

The website was good to navigate through I had no problems with that, however the price was just nowhere near reaching quotes that I received and actually ended up with a price that was £550 less.

We dealt a lot with Unbeatable when trying to plan a holiday. They answered all our questions and were very upfront about the extras and we found that to be no different with any other company.
We were fortunate that after making an enquiry, we were called back to say there was an offer and price reduction. Stupidly we left it to long deliberating about dates and missed out.

The website is reasonably easy to use, but is not the most visually attractive and interactive. I was disappointed the quote did not cover many of the items that I would consider to be mandatory, such as being shown how to use the motor home, a hook up cable, cooking items and much more. This is an extra £99 for the upgrade pack, which I found very disingenuous. I have however used their motor homes before and found them to be excellent.

Had a quote for motor home hire over half term in October. Originally interested as their special offer was £199 for 3 nights. The dates I required they stated they could only do 4 nights at £299 as their depots were not open on Wednesday or Sunday. Little bit misleading. I was also sent a separate quote for the same time period for £450. Spoke with their call centre and the lady was friendly but couldn't help us with the rate of £199 so we didn't book.

Great company to do business with would totally recommend
