I messed up the order but had a great experience with the customer service team.

I had a bit of a mishap with my order—I completely forgot to check my emails, so my package ended up being returned to sender. Even though it was my mistake, the team at Uncle Reco went above and beyond to help me out.

What really stood out was how genuine and human their customer service felt. So many companies just send copy-and-paste responses these days, but Dan took the time to actually help and made the whole experience stress-free. It’s honestly refreshing to deal with a business that treats you like a person instead of just another order number.

I can’t wait to receive my custom shirt, and based on the customer service alone, I’d happily recommend Uncle Reco to anyone. Thanks again for going the extra mile!

I just want to give these guys some credit for there work and quality I ordered a few custom t shirts on the Thursday and received them next day now that is some incredible service also wanted to jump on here and just say the quality of the prints on the t shirts are outstanding and customer service is very quick with reply’s and Dan was just really great to deal with
