Excellent customer service. Heat pump had shut down. Prompt phone connection with engineer who assessed that a call out was required. Engineer came next day and remedied the problem.

Friendly, respectful and professional
We found the company were friendly, respectful, professional but most of all dignified us. We are new to the trade but they took time to explain things and gave us confidence they would support us. Very unusual to find a caring and respectful attitude in a company in today's world.

I just had a regular service performed on my Unipipe Nibe system by one of Unipipe's engineers, Jason Jackson. He was extremely professional, answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to keep my system running optimally. Very happy with unipipe's service.
