Unique Landscapes Avis 

I would never use this company again, and I would strongly advise others not to either.
We approached a number of companies to get a quote to have our patio redone.
They all quoted roughly the same price, but Unique Landscaping said they could get it done in time for our daughter’s birthday (a few weeks later). So we decided to go with them.
Sadly they failed to get the work done on time. We paid very promptly despite Unique Landscaping trying to get us to pay the final balance to a personal bank account rather than the business account.

When the patio was finally finished it did look good. However in less than two months a lot of the patio slabs were loose. I contacted John who came round to look. He agreed they needed fixing.

It then took over a year of me continually calling and emailing to get someone to come and fix the paving slabs. Over this time I was continually told someone would come round but they never turned up at the agreed date and time. We finally ended up with someone coming round after I emailed and called every day for over a week to remind them they had agreed to come round to fix the shoddy work (even then they turned up two days late).

They did finally come to fix the paving slabs, however it now appears they failed to fix them all. The ones they did fix they managed to damage the grouting and just left it.
This whole experience has been a completely unnecessary stress and we still have a patio with loose paving stones and damaged grout.

Unique Landscaping do not represent value for money. If only we had spent our £5,000 with a different company.

Unique Landscapes have just finished our driveway.
John visited prior to the work starting and made sure that he understood what we wanted. Work began and from start to finish two of his team worked with great skill and accuracy completing the job in an outstanding time period. We are very happy with the result and would definitely recommend this business to others.

The team at Unique finished my driveway recently. Over the moon, completely transformed the front of our house! Thanks again, highly recommend.

Called Unique to do a site visit for a quote. Date and time arranged with no problem. However, at the prearranged time, nobody showed up. I waited half an hour hoping for a call to explain, but nothing. I then called the company and was told someone was on their way but they would call me back to confirm new arrival time. Still haven’t heard, and I’ve been waiting 5 days now. I also confirmed that they do have my correct contact details and address. If this is how they treat their customers, I recommend you go to someone else. Awful customer experience!
