A big thank you to Adam and the carpet fitters. Excellent service from Adam nothing too much trouble even brought samples to make sure we were happy with colour. We did have a problem but it was dealt with quickly and professionally. Quality carpet and looks great. Very happy. Thank you to all involved. Would recommend and will return in future.

We'd previously been in, found a carpet and Adam came out to measure up. This was a visit to order the carpet and book a day for fitting. We had a few mins wait as another customer was completing their order, but we we're acknowledged and advised he'd be with us as soon as possible. Order taken and payment dealt with quickly. Just waiting for a call to confirm that the carpet is in stock and to agree a fitting time.

The shop in Batley were really helpful, The Young carpet fitters were really great. They took a lot ot care when fitting them and didn't catch my just done paintwork. Great job all round, all really nice and helpfull

What a brilliant experience from start to finish couldn’t thank all the staff at united carpet and beds at Batley enough . We’ve recently done a full house renovation and got all our flooring from here, we got lvt carpets and laminate and I’m extremely happy with them all we even got the artificial grass for the garden I couldn’t recommend this place enough! I was also very happy with all the fitters that they arranged for us 😊

Originally got out our carpets fitted in 2023, had some issues with them, reported this and had it resolved quickly and efficiently. Adam is super helpful and does his best to fix any issues. I would 100% recommend to my family and friends.

The showroom staff were all really helpful and I never felt pressurised into making a purchase even though it took a few visits to decide! The carpet had to be ordered but the staff were great at keeping me informed when there was a delay at the manufacturer and rang again to confirm its arrival. They rebooked the fitting to accommodate the delay. The carpet fitters were excellent, came when they said there would and made a great job of the fitting. We’re very pleased with the whole service. This is the second time we’ve bought from your Batley store and have been pleased both times.

Friendly staff. Had a free measure service before placing orders. 3 different carpets 2 bedroom and one lounge. Had them fitted on different days so I could more furniture round. Had 3 different fitters. Maybe some continuity would have been better.

I needed some kitchen flooring it is the first time I have used United Carpets from start to finish I had excellent service. I had two home visits with samples so I found the perfect one for my kitchen and the price was very competitive .I had it fitted on the 23 December 2023 I can not praise the fitters enough they did a excellent job. "Thanks Lads". I plan to use United Carpets for my next flooring and have recommend them to friends and family.

The shop kept promising things and never turned up or let me know ..
I ended up fitting the flooring myself .
I wouldn’t use them again .(BATLEY/Dewsbury West Yorkshire ).

Absolutely abysmal service! We ordered our floor and arranged delivery and fitting. On the day of the agreed delivery my husband removed our existing floor as per the company’s instructions. No one came to fit the floor. When we enquired as to the delay we were told that the fitter was stuck on a job and was supposed to contact us to rearrange. They assured us we would be contacted the next day. We’ll surprise surprise no one contacted us. My husband contacted the office only to be told that the fitter had tried to call him. This was a completely lie as no one had tried to contact either of us and we have the phone logs to prove it. Then we were told we would be contacted within the hour. No one contacted us. After three phone calls my husband finally said to just deliver the floor the next day at four and he would fit it himself. The day and time was agreed and surprise surprise the floor was not delivered. My husband phoned again and was told it was on its way. It was finally delivered at 5.15pm. The drivers were told by me not to come in with their boots on and to lay the floor on the dust sheets provided by my husband. They laughed at me and completely ignored me trailing muddy footprints through my hallway. On the whole I would say that this company are unprofessional and rude. If we owed them money they would be chasing us constantly for payment but couldn’t care less about customers who have already paid for a service they have not received. No apology was offered or any type of compensation for the Inconvenience of being without a kitchen floor for two days. We will NEVER use untied carpets again and urge others to shop elsewhere. Their customer service is shocking.

I like the colour but carpets are all wrinkled and creased after a month.

After a long dispute of having a carpet fitted by batley store to a very dangerous low standard, holes in my wood floor and bad customer service. The store told me the carpet fitter is liable not the store. Yet refused to provide his details. Trying to fill court documents and the store refuse to state who the owner is and provide head office details. Wakefield store asked head office to contact me. Not heard anything in 4/5 day. Which was the same response whilst dealing with my email enquiry. Lucky for me everything has been logged and recorded. See you in court I will do it no matter how difficult they make it
