We were so happy with our bedroom carpets that we came back to get the rest of our house done-laminate and stairs and landing. Super service from the guys at the dudley store. Highly recommend!

Friendly guys great work
Ok, two friendly guy’s rocked up to fit our carpet on a wet and windy Friday afternoon, they got stuck in and no time at all the carpet was down, cracking job, done by two bostin bloke’s, top job, 👍👊🏻

Absolutely lovely man helped us with our purchase explained the best carpets for a wheelchair. Was so helpful with setting 2 dates for fitting so we could decorate and unpack room by room. Amazing prices and the fitters are brilliant work so quick but do an amazing job.

Beware of this company …
After a laminated floor had been fitted 8 packs of laminate were left.When I asked about a refund I was told that this laminate was now discontinued and they could not resell it.Therefore no refund

Staff were helpful, took the time to find what I was looking for and provide advice on a separate matter. They were accommodating when I had to change the delivery day due to a leak. Fitter arrived when expected and the carpet was fitted well. All good, nothing to complain about.

Excellent servuce
Very straight-forward process. They had exactly what we wanted, at the right price and could fit it within a few days. Friendly, helpful and efficient in store staff and great carpet fitter. Have bought from them before and will do so again.
