We had our carpets fitted by Chris and Darran and they did an absolutely brilliant job. They were quick, made no mess and tidied up after themselves. They were really professional, very lovely, polite and helpful fitters. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent carpet fitters
From start to finish the process was flawless. Very easy to arrange someone to measure up, to placing the order to having carpets fitted.
Chris and Martin came to fit the carpets and were very pleasant and worked hard to get the carpets down. Definitely recommend them. We love our new carpets.

Great carpet, high standard work.
Recently bought a carpet for our stairs and landing from the Dudley store. The sales guys were helpful without being pestering or pushy, left us to view carpets but were available when needed assistance.
The guys who fitted our carpet named Martin and Luke were polite and friendly from start to finnish. Couldn't fault there work, carpet fitted to a high standard.
We are very happy with our new carpet and our experience with United Carpets.

I have had four orders from here over the last 3 months. Living room carpeted Dining room carpeted small bedroom carpeted and Lino in bathroom fitted. Excellent service and quality . Have to add that Ishmal (sorry if misspelt) was so very helpful in the showroom at Wellington Road giving help and guidance He also arranged fitters who were also very good. Don’t look elsewhere now I just head straight for them Job done

From ordering my new carpets and underlay etc to dilvery and fitting very pleased. From the initial order over tge phone the shop assistant very helpful. The fitter was very pleasant professional and assisted in keeping my rooms tidy after fitting
