We're pleased with our purchase
We're pleased with our purchase, we've always used United carpets for at least the last 30-35 years in this, & our previous house, at our current address they've done our lounge 2 or 3 times now, three bedrooms, they've done our stairs & landing, and every time we always get a decent priced carpet with advice as to what type of carpet to have for the area we're having done, & the fitters are always prompt, swift & thorough, I will undoubtedly continue to use United Carpets.

I had a stress free, helpful experience today with Rhys.
He listened to what I needed and helped me find the right carpet for the room and budget.
No hard, pushy, sale just good customer service.
Really happy with pricing (which was clear) and booking a suitable date to be fitted. Highly recommend

Recently bought a new carpet from them. Good quality and very happy.
More recently bought a new mattress. Again happy, although the store said delivery within the week, but when customer services rang, it was a two week delivery

Went into the shop they were really good ordered the carpet, the fitter turned up with the carpet, he was very nice he fitted the carpet nothing was to much trouble l would definitely recommend United carpets they are very good and very reasonable prices.

Built 1st bed and was very disappointed in the build quality. Sides of the bed are chip board and flimsy, had to keep this one as it was opened.
Didn't bother with 2nd bed, sent it back.
This is probably why they are not displayed in store.
Just to clarify, it's not a problem with the store, but an issue with the products that can only be ordered online and not on display in store.
Store dealt with order satisfactorily.

Worst decision going to United Carpets
Worst decision I made having my carpets fitted by United Carpets. The list of issues goes on and on. From drunk fitters to refusing to replace fraying carpets that should still be under warranty to fitting carpets too short etc. I could spend all day writing a review. Never ever would I go near this place again. I’ve had to replace all my carpets and it’s costing me a fortune. They had no compassion, no customer service and not even a sorry for the trouble we’ve caused.
Really disappointed and would certainly not recommend to anyone - quite the opposite.
